Thank you all for saving our Charlie. He was in terrible shape when we arrived on Friday, June 30. The moment we walked in, the kindness and compassion shown by everyone was truly heartwarming. Our wait was 31/2 hours. I called before we came and they said 1-2 hour wait. 30 minutes later when we arrived they said 3-4 hours. It would be really nice if you could leave and come back in 3 hours and only have to wait an hour. Everyone was very nice just frustrating to wait so long

I was very impressed with the communication and care my dog received. They made sure that I was aware of what the situation was and remedy and cost. The cost was actually a lot better than what I expected. Very impressed with the staff from front desk to the veterinarian.
