Although the wait time was long, my dog got the care she needed. The staff also came around and offered snacks and water while we waited.

Genesis at the front desk was caring and compassionate. I do not recall our vet’s name, but he did a great job. He validated my concerns; he did a thorough physical exam. Although we received devastating news, he did it in a compassionate manner. As a social worker and a pet parent, I commend your facility for having the suicide prevention hotline in your bathroom.
