The care that Julie Mummert, DVM gives to my Clandy is excellent. I ve been going there for 15 years with Clandy. The staff is great and when I call for issue about Clandy they always respond quickly. Great job.

Just question why Dixxie has to have a heart worm test, If she got the shot for heartworm last year, and I’m on time to get this one? Seems like a $63 procedure not really necessary.

I Love Going There They Care About Pringles

Its been a while since I had a pet at the vets for a procedure. I noticed that I was charged another fee for pain meds for take home. I dont understand why thats not included with operation. It always used to be. It woild be cruel to send a pet home without that.

I always appreciate the time that is given to my pet. Answering my questions and discussing my concerns have always been addressed.

I had heard many great things about the office, so I decided to have my animal seen here as well. They went above and beyond, making sure everything was explained, before and after, and took great care of my pet. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.

I tried to schedule online via your website over the weekend. I signed up through Vetscene then it said you were not participating in the portal. I then requested an appt on the same page and picked out the 3 days and times that would work but never heard back via email or phone. I called later Tuesday and got the appt like normal easily. The website may not be giving you notifications?

I appreciate the receptionist who got us in at 2:30 pm on Friday 3/15/24. Especially with it being a last minute situation!!!

The only thing that I was uneasy with was them taking my dog out of the room for all the tests, shot, and to be looked at. All other vets I ve been to do it in same room your in with your dog. I understand for some of it to be done in another area, but I was disappointed to not be with her for most of it.
