We did have a little bit of a wait after our appointment time to be seen, once they took our first dog back it went faster. After the last dog feel we had an unexpected wait to get the notes and the preventative medications. Check out and check in was great. All staff was friendly and helpful. Besides waiting everything was great.

The staff are very friendly they care about the animals and people that come into their building. I recommend this place to my friends.

I was disappointed that I wasn t in the room when the vet examined my cat. All of my previous vets did the examination in the room.

We weren’t able to complete the bloodwork because the supplies weren’t there. This wasn’t discovered until after the blood was drawn so we are waiting until next week for a new shipment of equipment. However, I was still charged for the labs. I think it would have been appropriate to charge me via phone or only after the bloodwork is actually tested. The staff is always super friendly and they got us in fast. We just weren’t able to accomplish the purpose of the visit. This is also the 2nd time we have had where we couldn’t get a script for our dog’s meds (even if the equipment was there) because it requires a DEA license that only one vet has. Each trip is 40 minutes for us so it’s a longer drive and usually takes a half day off of work.

The vetnarian Paige Schoonveld. Was very nice and took the time to explain everything that was going on with Buttons and explained the options that was available with treatment. She didn t rush me and asked if I had any questions and took the time to answer and explain to me. I would highly recommend her for the way she treated me and Buttons. That makes a very big difference to me.

Team is consistently excellent. Exam room ceilings and AC vents are very concerning. In one room the vent or return was at least 50% clogged with hair and debris. In a different room there was extremely noticeable mold on the vents and water damaged tiles that have been there at least a year (based on repeat visits in that room). We both wondered if the visible vents and tiles were that way, how much worse were the ducts and tile plenums?

The appointment with Dr. Paige went great—all fives. However, your new payment policy needs some tinkering. By collecting money upfront, you re basically saying, You re like everyone else even though you ve been a good customer all these years. Collecting from everyone is just taking the easy way. I would recommend leading with something like this: Thanks for always paying your bill. Unfortunately, some people don t, and it s gotten out of hand. So, in the short term, we will have to collect the money upfront until we can figure out how to focus on those individuals. Once again, thanks for being a great customer. See, you recognize the good people. Even Walmart thanks you for simply coming through the door. Here s the equivalent. Shoplifting has gotten out of hand. We will need a deposit before you shop, but we will apply it to your final bill. How would that make you feel?

When dropping off at 8am, I may have walked in at 7:59am in which someone had already dropped their dog off for surgery before me but the lights were not on and the girl walked into the lobby and gave a frustrated sigh and said “I’ll be with you in a minute” then went and unlocked the other door”. I’ve been bringing my dogs here off and on for a long time and the staff turn over has changed a lot but I do like Dr Strueh as a vet. The only reason I left for a short time is because my son’s girlfriend is a vet tech in Zionsville so my dogs went there. I work in dental and we would never treat a patient /customer that way. Our doctor wouldn’t allow it. You need to treat people coming through those doors how you want to be treated.

Paige was extremely accommodating and thoughtful of how stressed our dog is about being at the vet. I appreciate her kindness!

The appointment went very well with my feral kitty that I am trying to tame and bring in for the winter. The staff was amazing!

I couldn’t change the stars online but all of the staff at FAH at Frankfurt are amazing,Informative, reliable, kind and always treating our three dogs Daphne, Lucy and Marvel. We feel safe and taken care of for so many years now. I would like to thank everyone at FHS. Thank you!!

When I arrived to pick up my dog there was another customer being helped. My son has Autism so we walked over and looked at all the pictures of the animals on the board. There was a dark haired lady that rudely asked if we needed something. I told her I was there to pick up and gave my last name. She rudely said she’d let them know. We followed her to the hallway and I wasn’t sure if she wanted us to wait in the room or in the hallway. When I asked where we should wait I was told “the room”. The other staff we encountered were polite and helpful.
