We were worked in for our last visit when 2 of my 6 had issues. They worked us in even though they only had one dr that day. I was given warning it may be a long wait. Took their time with them and explained everything to me. Brooke our tech checked in on us multiple times. Love this office

I really loved the friendly staff, I felt very comfortable and safe to leave my cat at the vet. My pets love going to the vet because of them! I really recommend this vet to everybody. They also have very affordable and reasonable prices!

I was a little shocked to learn the charges when going to check out as no prices were discussed with me as far as the cost of medication. Previously, we were given a prescription to have filled by chewy so I wasn’t prepared for the $140 charge for allergy and flea/tick medications. It would have been nice to know those fees ahead of time before going to check out.

I love the care you provide my animals but I do have a couple of small suggestions. I’ve had this at another vet we used to go to but it would be nice to have the tech go over the bill (and maybe take payment) in the exam room. Just being given a total (which is a lot in my case) with no details can be frustrating, especially when handling animals. This time in particular my bill had multiple errors on it so I’m glad I asked. Also it’s not uncommon for me to have to wait 20+ minutes to see the vet. It seems like a long time sometimes.

Our experience with FAH has been great so far. Our puppy had her spay surgery and is doing well at home so far. Our only complaint would be that we scheduled our puppy s spay surgery pretty far in advance and were the first appointment made on the date we chose. But then our puppy s surgery ended up being done at the very end of the day. We dropped her off around 8:30am and she had to spend somewhere between 6 and 7 hours waiting in a crate for her procedure. I wish we could have brought her in a little later so that she didn t have to wait so long. Also, being that her procedure was late in the day, she had minimal monitoring right after her surgery due to the hospital closing very shortly after, which was kind of worrisome. Otherwise, we are happy with her results and will likely be back for future care for her! :) Thank you!

My dog was diagnosed with Cushings disease at another office. My groomer shared with me that he probably should not be taking the steroid meds for the cough along with the med for the Cushings disease. I was explained everything in detail there. We are going to see where his levels are. I feel so much better now. I appreciate you for taking your time with me and my Tucker.
