I was in the office with my dog to have sutures removed. My main dissatisfaction with the visit was all of the sutures were not removed. The explanation given was that they thought there might be fluid behind one of the sutures. I asked what kind of fluid they were thinking this could be and the response given by the vet tech was I don’t know. Would have appreciated an offer to find out and be given more insight.

Although my pup was a new patient, FAH gave her antibiotics over the holidays and then got her in quickly afterwards for an urgent procedure. They took excellent care of her during the procedure and over-communicated the details, which was beyond appreciated. And their prices were MUCH more reasonable than Purdue Small Animal Hospital (pup s prior vet). Thank you!

Need a discount for people over 60 years old And the toenails weren t cut very short. Paid $22 for that. Not happy

I waited 25 minutes to have my dogs nails trim because they were walking dogs. They scheduled this appointment. No o e has time to sit and wait. Other than that it was good!
