I appreciate the receptionist who got us in at 2:30 pm on Friday 3/15/24. Especially with it being a last minute situation!!!

The only thing that I was uneasy with was them taking my dog out of the room for all the tests, shot, and to be looked at. All other vets I ve been to do it in same room your in with your dog. I understand for some of it to be done in another area, but I was disappointed to not be with her for most of it.

Still not sure an animal in distress should be exposed to vaccine. Believe an opiod that last 4 days should be avoided when medication can be given often and avoid possible adverse reactions to the long lasting drug. And an animal plugged die to stress not crystals should be given a steroid to decrease the inflammation and ease recovery. We had to visit an emergency vet as a result, incurring additional expense.

I always appreciate Dr. Hughes and Olivia. Our girl is doing so much better and we didn t have to do a lot of extra tests, just a couple medications and wait about 24-36 hours.

I appreciated the notes you put in Finn’s file from his visit last year. I believe it helped make his visit this year less stressful. Thank you.

I like the care that my animal received, however, I do not care for the animal being taken away to be examined and treated. I was also surprised to find your prices more than the previous office that I used.

After calling several vets around Lafayette, Frankfort Animal Hospital was wiling to see our dog to assess her needs and a simple treatment plan that day. The staff and doctor were great with our dog and the care was excellent!

This is the first experience I’ve had when I walked into your office I know it’s always gonna smell like animal, but the room we were put in is smelled so bad I sat in there the most of the time with my shirt over my face because it smelled, so I was not impressed with that and I’ve been going to you guys for quite a while But other than that I love Lucy‘s doctor staff has always been nice and friendly. It’s just that day the smell in the cleanliness of that room horrible

Dr. Schoonveld is the best. Took great care of my anxious puppy dog Gus. Rest of the staff was very helpful and clear with their instructions.
