All the staff are amazing and I feel my girl Mazey is in great hands

I dont like telling the assistant the details and then saying the same thing to the vet. ( im thinking the whole time, im just going to repeat this again as i tell the assistant the problem) This isnt a big deal..... just a comment. But overall, had a great experince and feel like they listen and care for the pet.

You guys are the absolute best. You are so sweet and gentle with my dog(s). We are life long patrons!

This was the second time I have been to Frankfort Animal Hospital. The first was to check a couple dogs that showed up at my house for micro chips and this facility helped me get those dogs back home the second time was for my cat as we wanted to change Vets.Everyone I was in contact with from the receptionist to the veterinarian were very professional. Noah is an asset to your staff, he seems to know his job and pairs very well with Dr Hughes. She is the greatest!! My questions were all addressed and I did not feel pressured at all. Love this practice.

My newly adopted dog isn t dog friendly . Emily and the tech (Brooke?) went out of their way to ensure the safety of my pet as well as someone bringing her dog in to lobby as well, putting my dog and me in an exam room even tho we were ready to check out, until another client and dog were safely in their exam room. Girls up front are always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate all their special attention to my pets and me.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and free of offensive odors. We are new to the area and found a goldmine here; having a vet, groomer, self-serve dog wash and boarding in one location was unexpected!

We have been visiting Frankfort Animal Hospital for the whole 7 years we have been living here and have always had excellent service. All of our pets are treated great and are very comfortable with all the staff. The front office staff are always so helpful since I bring in 4 pets several times a year and a couple need special items.

Trust them with my dogs completely. Won’t ever go anywhere else.

I don’t feel like the vet looked over my dog very thoroughly. Everyone is nice and listens to my concerns but the vets don’t seem to look very well for any concerns that I may not see.

This visit was the most informative and attentive I ve had in a while.
