I am always pleased with my visits. All staff members are courteous and knowledgeable. I drive 30 minutes and live in a place where there are plenty of vets close by but I choose to come to Frankfort.

I love how everyone in the office does their best to make sure our pets get the very best care. They also listen to us pet parents and give reassurance and empathy. Very satisfied with Dr Strueh, Dr Mummert, Dr Hughes and Dr M. Also, Emily and Jennifer and Olivia as well as others, whose names I forget, are wonderful. Thank you all. And when our pets have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I felt the staff comforting us as well as our kitties.??

Billing was not explained Excellent timing with online medication refills Vet seemed very nervous even though our dog was quite sedated and muzzled

Dr Streuh and his staff have cared for our (normal) pets around 16 years. We have never felt anything but sincere concern and care for our pets or ourselves

The staff is Awsome. We ve had a couple of emergencies and was told to bring our furbaby right out and was taken care of immediately. I always recommend friends and family.

The doctor was absolutely fantastic! She was knowledge and kind. She took her time with our pups and answered all of our questions.

We unfortunately had to put our dog down during this visit but they were gracious and kind the whole process. Love Frankfort and will look forward to utilizing them when we decide to have a new pet in the family.

I was not happy with the fact that I had to buy Interceptor to get into the club because I had 10 month s worth of Heartgard because my daughter s dog had to be put down and she gave me the extra Heartgard. I feel like I spend enough money on special food and insulin there. Also I thought before the discount counted on grooming.
