I have been a loyal customer since the beginning of the practice. The costs... I know have gone up, but it is so expensive for a spay tha t I am forced to seek care elsewhere for the rest of my cats. So sorry. Kathy Blanch

Awesome place

When i had taken chloe for her yearly. On her report it said her ears looked good. When i questioned it they changed me for an additional ear exam and said she had and ear infection. Also i cannot find a cost sheet. Everything about this place is expensive and the doctors didnt even check her over in front of me.

The one thing I didnt like waa that the Dr. took my baby kitten into a back room area (not the exam room) and gave him vaccines without my consent or knowledge. Had I known he was big enough, I wouldve agreed to it anyway but to do it on her own accord was unappreciated. I will request Dr. Mummert for all future visits.

I really appreciated how much time Dr. Towns spent with me to answer my questions and talk about my concerns, despite It being such a busy day in the office. Thank you!

I have loved Frankfort Animal Hospital and had no complaints until this appointment. I waited for 20 minutes in the room and didn t hear from anyone. Finally, I went and asked the front desk if they knew I was waiting. My dog was extremely nervous this entire time, and I was disappointed in the wait time as well as the fact that no one checked in with us to let. When they did finally come in, it felt rushed. The vet literally spent 1 minute with me. Very disappointing.

The people at the front desk and the technician were not using a mask, I do think it is time for all uf us to think about the other and this is a very easy way to show everyone you care for us.

I just wanted Ira to get his teeth cleaned while he was sedated, but I was told it wouldn t benefit him right now. I would like to see if I can have it done next time he needs to be drained.

I was shocked that upon entering the building with my mask on that not one person in the building was following the guidelines of the state of Indiana to wear a mask. I would like to know why you’re not interested in following the guidelines.I am considered a senior citizen and think that if see a customer wearing a mask you should at least ask them if they would be more comfortable if they were to wear one.

The vet techs and the reception staff were exceptional. They greeted me and Spanner warmly, explained procedures well and set up my next appointment. The vet seemed hurried and preoccupied.

Everything went great. The doctor was wonderful as was the tech.

It would be helpful if the cost of treatments was discussed during the exams. I hope that makes sense. Instead of checking out and paying for everything and then finding out how much it cost. It s a little late to discuss other options. Yes, the owner should ask those questions earlier too.

Ready for the inside to be open.

My problem has been with lack of explanation or instructions on how to handle appointments once there at the building and standing there with no one at the window etc

Most of these questions are not appropriate,since no one was allowed inside the facility and the parking lot was used as the waiting area. Did not feel that adequate time to discuss care & treatment was provided.

We appreciate the precautions being taken at this time to keep everyone safe, but at the same time keeping our loved pets healthy!

Handoff and payment was seamless despite the new covid protocols. I was a little nervous because I wasn t sure how my dogs would do in that setting alone but the DVM reassured me after their visit and honestly I trust that they know what they re doing and everything worked out fine.

In the 6+ years we have taken our pets to Frankfort Animal, we have never had a problem or negative experience. They are all great people and treat us and our pets great.

This was our first visit with our senior dog and it was a great experience. The Covid procedures were amazing and our timid dog left very comfortable with her exam! What a great experience!
