This was our first visit with our senior dog and it was a great experience. The Covid procedures were amazing and our timid dog left very comfortable with her exam! What a great experience!

I want to thank the staff for accommodating us! I completely screwed up our appointment time and the staff still were able to work us in. I am so thankful!

I genuinely dislike spending $500 for care of my dogs and not being able to speak to the Vet. The Techs that called me did not instill confidence when I asked questions and did not seem to be prepared. I also did not like that they had not looked at previous records (tests run) or compare blood values of last test. If we are going to keep an eye on something, I feel like comparing the values would be beneficial. The chief complaint that I brought one in for was not addressed, and I had to ask several times to get a response on how to address the issue.

due to the circumstances, i did not have any issues. they handled myself and my animal very nicely and it helped it was a nice day out too :)

Given the current state we are in, this was a surprisingly easy appointment. Kudos to the staff for the extra steps to keep themselves and the clients safe while still giving top level care!

Even though I wasn t able to be with my pets during the visit, the staff and Dr Hughes did a great job of communicating with me,they answered all my questions and were very thorough.

We were met by vet and groomer upon arrival but no real followup when we picked up Tippy. No explanation on bill. Not sure what groomer did besides shave(cat terribly matted and dirty).... but very fuzzy, lots of lose hair, grumpy when we got her home.

Even with big virus going around they trying to do there best to make everyone comfortable and keep there staff safe while taking care of the animals. Still very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Always tough to schedule on a Saturday, as I drive from Indy. Didn t fully understand rebates for various meds, but will figure out on my own. :)

The woman at the desk wasn’t inviting or polite. I felt like I was a bother to her. The girl who helped with my cats spay in the room was so sweet and kind & really made me feel comfortable. I do love coming here for my pets & I do recommend them to others, but sometimes the reception ladies arnt always as polite or helpful.
