The vet didn t introduce herself when we entered the room. She also didn t provide me with any home instructions.

When I arrived with pet I was brought into exam room. Assistant came in within 2 min asked about pets situation. I was told doctor would be in. I waited 21 minutes in room with pet. I was happy with pet care. However wait in room was little frustrating.

The vet tech and receptionist went above and beyond what they had to do.

We arrived at 8 a.m. because that’s what time I thought our appointment was. However, it wasn’t until 10. They were so kind to work us in. Great staff, great place !!!

We have brought Maggie to you for nine years. Most of the time when she needs to see a vet it is the female veterinary she sees. However the last couple of times she has seen a guy. We would like her to continue seeing the female she has always seen(don t know her name). But one of these days hopefully not for awhile Maggie will have to be put down and i want it to be by someone she is used to. Hope you understand. The female she sees is much more understanding then that guy.

I have two cats. They use the same potty pan, therefore, I brought in one fecal sample. I was charged for the examination of two fecal samples. I was told the two shots were free. So I was charged for two fecal tests. To me the shots were included the the cost of the yearly exam. How can you charge for something that wasn t done? Regardless of your billing method.

The vet was suppose to leave me information as to how things went, and the person that helped me said that this person had to leave and would contact me the next day. I called back several days later and received a copy of the paperwork I had already received. I also asked about the blood work that was suppose to be done on my dog and was told it would be in and they would contact me. I called a week later and they said they could not find but would contact me. I then called several days later and talked to Dr. Erica Hughes stated that they had not drawn the blood and so there was no report. Not sure why no one called me to inform me of this. Now I will be calling back on Monday to see what can be done about this issue. I have always been pleased with the care my dogs receive, but not only was the checkup not completed, but if I had not continued to contact the office I am not sure I would have gotten an answer or been told it was not done completely.

You folks have always been a wonderful blessing to my companions and to me over the years. Thank you.

My appointment was at 4pm for 2 dogs I was not seen until 4:25 then was kept waiting for additional 20 before vet finally came in. My medication was all messed up thankfully I checked to see what I had before I left so it took awhile to fix that and after one hour and 45 minutes later I was done. My bill was over $500 and I left feeling like I was rushed through and that everything was very disorganized. It appears appointments were scheduled back to back with not enough time to give to each patient. I was very disappointed and unhappy and will not be returning.

Dr Hughes, Dr Mummert and Dr. Towns took exceptional care of my old Olive like they always do! Oh, and Emily is a badass receptionist. xoxo

This was our first experience at the hospital and everything was well run and efficient. People were very friendly and relatable.

My only thing was it seemed that there wasn’t alot of communication happening when they left the room and came back into it. But they did seem busy so that could be why

Makaila was the vet tech that helped me with my sick little kitten. She was so sweet, and compassionate in a not so great situation. Makaila, it meant so much to me that you took time and genuinely cared about my little kitty. ??

The staff has always been very helpful and supportive - very happy with the care we have received.

I brought my dog in for a dental cleaning in January and conjunctivitis in April. When I was receiving mailer and emails asking me to bring him in, I didn t look closely for the reason given. In the past, I ve brought my pets to the vet on an annual basis for a checkup much like I do with my children s well-child visit. I thought that was what I was doing. Getting a physical along with heartworm check. When I got to the office, the vet tech asked me What is it that you are here for? Your dog doesn t need an annual exam until next year. He hasn t had an annual exam for over 2 years, but his Distemper and Rabies shots were for 3 years. The whole exchange with her made me feel like she thought I was stupid. Annual exam to me means once per year, not just when the shots are needed every 3 years. I also brought in a stool sample because your email reminder gave instructions to do so. She told me I didn t need to do that. I felt like I had to insist the sample get tested since I had brought it. I never saw a vet. The whole experience was very disappointing. I doubt I will return.
