The techs and vet and the best care that they give my pet and I are the best they top this world and know that they put up with me sometimes can be challenging I am sure if you ask them, I continue to hope the best service for our pet, won t live forever, so I thank them again, My complaint is the front desk, no matter how friendly I am or nice, and have gone out of my way to be said those things thinking maybe a bad day here and there. Nope it is every time We go in with our pet or without. I thought maybe she didn t like dealing with pets, then thought without would be better, If she is going to be like that with me THAT IS OK, I can still be friendly and outgoing, just not with other customers, When another customer is there they are the ones that are having A BAD DAY

The less time I have to spend in the room waiting the more likely I am to come back. If I have to wait to long I will go elsewhere.

I was not impressed that I had to wait in a separate room while the vet examined my animal(s). I was not able to go over specific issues as a a result being left in a room with two other pets... Seemed disconnected and a bit alienating to me. Especially given I was a veteran, well known Alaskan professional sled dog trainer, breeder, and competitive racer in the 1980-90’s. No vet ever worked on our dogs w/out us present and integrated w/ that dog’s care.

We love FAH and seeing Dr. Hughes. She is always thorough and takes her time with us and our pup!

The tech who helped us was awesome!! Super friendly and very courteous. He made the appt very easy and he answered all of my questions!!

ALWAYS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO GO

Everyone was kind to me and answered all questions I asked. It was a difficult visit because my dog is not well. They respected my decisions I made not using extreme things for a much loved old dog. My goal is to make Angel as comfortable as possible and to give medicines that possibly will do some healing for more time for us to be together.

The floors needed to be swept in the exam room, lots of dog hair covering the floor and slobber from the previous patient. I wasn t told the medicine prices, not the canned food I had to buy.

We have always been happy with Frankfort Animal Hospital.

I would like to not be separated from my dog during an exam. I was asked to muzzle my dog, which he’s not accustom to, then he panicked and had to be drug away out the door from me. And he already has some anxiety issues - Cheryl Martin with Sig

I am so grateful to the entire staff at Frankfort Animal Hospital! Despite the fact that they were already completely booked and full for the day, they worked in time to see my cat and helped diagnose him. They did NOT have to make time in their schedule for another pet, but they did. I am so grateful to everyone at FAH! Thank you so much!

The staff are very compassionate and caring even when the prognosis is difficult to hear. Dr Strueh is the best vet. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain options, risks and recommendations.

My Vets there are not only doctors to my Lizi and Giselle… they are all, staff included, family to us. They’ve treated us and our fur babies w beyond enough caring and respect. Real doctors, real people
