My cat had been bitten by a stray. When I called, the vets had no opening, but worked my cat in and called me to report what they found. I approved the stitching and they kept the cat overnight for free because they couldn t get everything done before closing. I was totally impressed and pleased!

Wasn’t happy about not being able to do surgery on my dogs rt. rear leg, instead you wanted to do a biopsy and charge 400.00. I ‘am not a surgeon but if your going to do a biopsy, I’am sure you have to stitch it back shut. If we are going to do a biopsy why can’t we just remove what ever it is instead of removing the leg. When I took Charlie to you guy’s I told the lady that removing the leg wasn’t a option with me or my mom. He is to young of a dog and means to much to my mom and the grand kids to have him put down or have a leg removed because we can’t remove something from a leg that know one has really been able to tell me yet what it is. I also ask about the lump on his rt. rear, was it a fatty deposit or what, and they didn’t even look at it. This is the 2nd vet I’ve had Charlie to, and no one has yet to be able to tell me what is on his leg, they just want to remove it. Thanks for the help????

I recently had hip surgery and one of the employees saw me come in the door with a cane and hurried over to take my cat carrier for me. And Dr Mummert carried it out to my car afterwards which I really appreciated.

Dr. Hughes got back to us very quickly with the update on our dog’s status, what procedures were done and what the findings were. She had a plan and clearly informed us of our options. We have full confidence in her ability to care for our pet!

I would suggest Dr. Towne introduce herself or wear a name tag. I had to ask her if she was the vet. She just said yes but never offered her name or introduced herself. I found out it was Dr. Towne who served us by reading my receipt.

Everyone was great. Since my legs are not working too well, they went above & beyond to help me.
