I am delighted to move Cameron and Cooper to your facility. Very welcoming and helpful. I feel like Cooper had a good visit and we had ample time to discuss with the vet tech and doctor. I made the switch because I wholeheartedly trust Erica to make any decision for my animals. Cooper saw Dr. Mummert and I was very happy with her!

Disappointed that care is not as personalized anymore. Vet that treated my pet clearly didn t update themselves on pet s history. I realize that pet is older and would therefore have a longer history, but there was no awareness of pet s allergies, growths and testing on said growths that s been done, and licking of paws that has been discussed multiple times. Most of these have been on Record/tested in the last 2 years ,so fairly recent as well.

My pet received prompt and supportive care. Thank you!

Our BFF who is 11 years old had her teeth cleaned and an oral exam preformed. I am amazed by how clean her teeth are now! I was very pleased to be given instructions on continuing to clean her teeth at home and the products to use. The diagram I received of her teeth, which was marked for areas of concern and condition of her teeth and gums is beneficial to me so that I am aware of areas of concern. Thank you for the care you give / gave to my BFF. Joan

Extraction of loose teeth on canine was really expensive, but happy otherwise.

Our first time. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Our dog was seen for surgery and an annual visit but at pick up we were not met with any follow up from the actual vet. The only other comment is that our dog stayed overnight after her procedure and was absolutely urine soaked. It seems understandable that it would happen but it made the trip home unbearable. It seems we should have been told that would be an expectation or she could have been wiped down a bit prior to leaving.

I hope you can find the problem with Russell. He is the 6th GSD that we ve had. He is the first dog that we have adopted from the Humane Society. He now knows he has a forever home full of love for him.

I did not get all the medication I needed. After spending nearly 400 dollars will have to wait and get that thyroid medication next month. Partly my fault since I was in a hurry.
