My dog gets very very upset and anxious when they take him back to take his blood & give him shots. I wish there was a way they could either let me go with him or do it in the examining room. He is an old dog and I hate that he gets so upset… Heart racing, panting etc. just because he can t see me and is with strangers.

Buddy is a special case as we know he visits and 8 times out of 10 he has a seizure, so I really like the way you try the hardest that you can to make his visit as easy as possible so thank you all

Appreciate quick service so my wife didn t have to be in her wheel chair very long.

My dog cooperates when Brooke is present for gland expressing and nail trim. He seems to have bonded with her. It s important Henry feels at ease in an environment which could lead to anxiety issues. Reception gals are respectful of the fact that Henry isnt always people or animal friendly. It s very nice coming there for both of us.

We love FAH! We have been taking our dogs there for 10+ years. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, great with our animals and friendly to us. We especially love Dr Mummert.

I was so happy with how loving everyone was with my little Izzy ! Such a blessing to have such wonderful staff. Everything was explained to me very well to where I understood what was happening (she got spayed) and I am so pleased :)
