Something needs to be done about how easy it is for a complete stranger to call and cancel your appointment to take it for themselves because they don’t want to wait. Please consider giving each client a PIN number to verify it is them when or if they need to cancel so something like this does not happen to someone else.

I realize that it is probably insurance reasons, but not being with either of my dogs during treatment or exams is something no other vets have practiced. I understand that during surgery that there would be no reason I was with them but I feel they would be less stressed if I remained with them. thanks for your interest in my opinion. Eric

My dog had her yearly shots and checkup while she was in for grooming. I would have liked someone to call and let me know that she was healthy and if I had any questions.

The room was cleaner than the last visit 3 weeks ago where there was ants and something on the table where I m supposed to put my dog which I would not and I had an appointment and had to wait an hour and a half but that was 3 weeks ago this visit was a lot better the receptionist lady is so nice

The cost was never discussed at any point during the visit. It was a huge surprise when I checked out (over $700). When I said, “wow, wasn’t expecting that”, the gentleman checking me out offered me a free pen.
