I love how wonderful they all are with making sure I understood everything.

I wish the vet did not pull my pet to the back for the exam. Why not just do it in the exam room we are already in? I m sure it is better for the pet too having their owner with them.

Everything was good but would have liked to have been explaandbtold about the rebate for zoetis flee pills.

The doctor was great as well as the tech. The person that checked me out was not efficient but not very friendly. One suggestion because I have visited lots in the last 6 months with 4 dogs and surgeries and problems. It is uncomfortable to wait in the room for 30 minutes ish. It would be great to have comfortable chairs in the waiting area for humans. That way I could go out there and wait comfortable while my animal is being seen.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I like that they showed me the boarding area since this was my first time there.

All was excellent. Dr. Mummert has been my favorite Vet for years.

Everyone from the front desk to the Vet technicians to the Veterinarians were professional and kind. Vet technicians and Veterinarians took as much time as needed absolutely no rush All my questions were answered and explained.

I would have like to have been told before it was packaged that my cat would have to go to the next higher dose of Revolution. He was only .8 over for the next dose and will probably loose that weight.

I had to wait quite a while for the vet to come in & see my dog. Also, I do not like the fact that the vet does not examine my dog in front of me. That helps him to see me close by, when he is being checked over by a stranger( his first visit at FAH).

Maybe make sure your receptionists know what vets will do certain procedures and not book for an important appointment with a vet who won’t even do the procedure even given the circumstances. Especially when the client is very clear about what they are needing done upfront when the appointment was scheduled, then gets charged for the exam fee when I shouldn’t have had to even go to the appointment if it wouldn’t be done.
