I felt the young girl working the front desk was not very friendly. No smile, no friendly chit chat, nothing. That is unusual as all of the staff is normally very nice, friendly, and welcoming. It wasn’t the girl that is normally working the desk, I had never seen her before. Other than that the visit was good.

I hope I did the stars correctly. There were no instructions on what is good or bad.

There is one receptionist that was not friendly at all, having a bad day maybe. Would have appreciated the vet tech introducing herself by name and position. Name tag would have been appreciated. I always introduce myself and position to my patients.

I would have liked a phone call from the vet doing surgery rather than only hearing from the tech and never the vet.

Brooke is always helpful and super friendly. The reception area was understaffed and could have been more helpful and friendly tho answered my questions.

My original appointment was cancelled and I had a wasted trip so this was a rescheduled appointment...honestly I didn t have high hopes. But the tech who checked us in was fantastic! She was so sweet and caring and answered all of our questions and took great care of our Archie.

Facilities look clean, but my dog always smells really bad after being there.

I have always received good service where my critters are concerned. Staff is concerned and caring whether the news is good or bad.

Great staff. They even come out to my Drango to help me get Molly in the building. Same thing going out. I come every 2 or 3 weeks to get her nails trimmed. Couldn t ask for better Vets & Techs. Been using them almost ever since they opened way back.

The only thing that I don t care for is how the Dr examine is done in another room now. I also am not that thrilled that in 3 visits with Gypsy shes had 3 different Drs.

They were very busy and short staff, we understand, but our pet has anxieties with seizure disorders, and the staff and vet, are all aware and always have been accommodating, every time we bring our pet home he has a seizure within two days but one time, so we like to get in and out as soon as we can but the last trip was just not possible and we understand, other than that I would not have a bad word at all. Just so you know we wouldn t change vets anyway, Thanks for all u do at our vet.
