Absolutely fantastic staff from the front desk to the vets! Got my dog in quickly on a fully booked day and even received a phone call the next day to check up on my dog. This staff really goes above and beyond.

Would like that they the doctor evaluate my pet in front of me, in case I have certain questions regarding that pet. It use to be that way and I prefer that you do that with my pets. I m spending a lot of money for the visit. Thank You

Would like to give a shout out to Brooke, Megan and Jennifer. They accommodate my high energy/anxiety dog s needs and get us in and out with great ease, realizing Henry isn t very social, he s over protective, but allows staff to pet him and interact. I appreciate your staff taking the time to make us feel comfortable and the extra care in getting us right into an exam room. Henry likes Brooke and she is always available during our appts, informative and helpful. Thank you.

I was very impressed and pleased with our visit. The meds cost seemed higher than I was expecting, but other than that no complaints. Everyone was very friendly and I appreciate how quickly I was able to make an appointment and how quick the appointment itself was.

The front desk staff are very friendly. One in particular, I believe her name is Megan, is just so friendly and helpful and truly seems to love animals. I’ve seen several different Vets and techs since coming here and I’ve been happy w/all of them. Great job of explaining any issues my dogs have and I’ve never felt rushed out the door. I recommend this place to anyone I know looking for vet.

Usually when I come in everyone is nice and the Vet Dr. is really nice and understanding but I felt like my dog and I were being rushed around and that we were a burden to everyone there. The Dr. came in and was disrespectful by placing his hand on his face and his elbow on he table to talk to me about my dogs health. I take my dogs health very seriously and I felt like he didn’t care when talking to me. He made me feel stupid for asking questions about my dogs teeth. Like I said I usually go and have no issues but this last visit didn’t feel right.

Vets only tell us to feed our cats prescription food brand that they seem to be getting kickbacks from. When asked about alternatives vets refuse to provide any.

I am pleased with the doctors and staff. Everyone is kind and caring. I have senior cockapoo that has liver disease. We are hoping she has much more time. I have been a client since it opened with all of dogs and cats we have had.

No one explained the billing to me. I almost fainted when I seen the balance. Before everything was included in one price, now everything is separate and very costly. I think the raise in prices is ridiculous. No wonder everyone is surrendering their pets. Vet bills too high.
