I had to bring my cat in for a surgery and they were amazing at getting us in asap and super sweet and did great explaining things to me. Will forever be my go to vet office ??

Giving 5 stars because everyone else is great except the girl at the front desk who could have been a little more professional. When she showed me to the exam room, she tossed the clipped board on the table and told me to look it over. And why are the pets not weighed at check in anymore?

You have taken great care of my dogs for years. I m still not sure how Fergie got to be 13 years and 8 months old and still in decent health for that age!

Ally was very friendly. I had to wait an extended time they did apologize they had an appointment before me that took longer than expected. I felt like they should have communicated that instead of just leaving me sit in room. Didn’t feel like was as thorough as I have had previously! Before they would examine in room with me, that didn’t happen.

I absolutely love everyone at FAH. I’m treating like family.?? great care is given to all of my pets and my children’s pets. I really appreciate being able to have their medications available when I leave their appointments or actually anytime I need them. Thank you for everything you do.

We love Doctor Mummer!

While we were in, we learned it was the front desk lady’s, Megan, last week with FAH. We are sad to see her go and will miss her so much. She always knew who I was when I called in and always greeted our dog with a warm happy welcoming. She took the time to get to know our pet as well as our family. The relationships she built made us always excited to come to the FAH. With some front desk staff and techs, we feel like just paying customers who they want in and out, but with Megan she took care of you and your pets and I always knew she loved that part of her job! She was a happy face to see whether you were there for a check up or a devastating visit with your pet. She will be hard to replace! We do wish that on visits where our pet is getting veterinarian services, we would see an actual veterinarian instead of just a tech. I didn’t get all of my questions answered at our last visit due to this.

As you are aware we were very unhappy with the missed appointment fee. I talked with your office and wrote down the date and time of the appointment on the card you sent to me and on my calendar while we are on the phone. When I complained about the fee I told you this and was told you sent me an email which you had not done. You did send a recorded message to the phone which we had not been able to figure was in error. We discussed this with you and you would not compromise on the bill.

I don’t know how to show complete satisfaction in the categories you have, but I was completely satisfied. Above all, Dr. Schoonveld was excellent. She was friendly, encouraging, confident and very obviously knowledgeable. Thank you.

I m extremely impressed with this office! The only thing I don t like is how COVID protocol with taking the animals out back has stuck. I d much prefer it the old way where the animal is examined in the room with me.

I would like to have my dog examined in my presence. They are our children after all. When we are dog zakk put down the week before we had to sit on a cold hard floor with him to say our goodbye. I would have brought a ortho bed mat for him had I known there was only going to be a blanket on the floor. I was expecting more than just a lit candle. A home visit for this time would have been nice.

I would prefer to see the checkup and shots that are given. I am bothered to not see what’s going on with my dog. On this visit the urine smell in the office was overwhelming.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are great!

Made the appointment due to dental issues. Doctor said I my pet would need extractions, didn’t think to ask how much each tooth would be. Would have liked to have left with that itemized price list. Emma and Dr. Taylor were great, when I called back with an additional question Dr. Julie answered, she was amazing.

Once in the room we waited 30 minutes. Understand that emergencies occur and schedules can get pushed back; however, an update or explanation while waiting would have been appreciated. Once seen, staff was unclear on whether procedure could be performed at the office and I was given conflicting information. I had asked/emailed ahead of time so everyone should have known prior to seeing us what we were there for and if the procedure could be done there vs referring to outside surgery center.
