We saw the new vet..apologies, her last name started with an S? She was AMAZING. She took SO much time throughout the entire day to get to the bottom of Rufus weight loss, really do a deep dive into his history and labs...I cannot say enough about how much it meant to our entire family. We lost our precious Winnie a few weeks ago, and knowing what we can do, and what we can expect with Rufus kind of ambiguous and precarious health situation was KEY to family s ability to absorb information and make decisions. She is TEN stars, and I am in her debt.

The technician was nice to work with.

We were a little shocked at the price for nail cipping and anal gland being g done. When we checked other vets $52 was pretty high. Don t believe we will be returning.

Everyone was super nice and great. We were new so it was good to talk to the vet. She was very friendly and helpful. My dogs loved everyone

Would have liked to complete the form ahead of time to discuss with my husband what options we wanted for the surgery Vs doing it right before. We took advantage of your annual exam/vaccines package but the fecal exam/test was not done so I have to come back to bring a specimen to be tested.

The veterinary technician did such an efficient job cutting Chuck’s toenails! He can be difficult for this procedure which is why I can’t do it myself. The technician handled Chuck in a very professional and kind manner so he came back to me happy, with beautifully short toe nails!

I love coming to this place but it’s way to expensive. I don’t like how you put the heart worm test in with the rabies shot they didn’t even ask me if I wanted the heart worm test done they just did it . Love this place again but considering looking for another vet .

I honestly believe that something needs to be set up, if the bill comes out to an amount of money that someone doesn’t have out of pocket right away, that a payment plan needs to be set up. It just so happened that I had the money for my tax check but the point was that is a large chunk of money I’m already stressed because my dog was injured and had to be looked at by the doctor and now I’m worried about my money

we have always had good results with frankfort animal hospital, however, I feel the office staff usually have little personality and aren t as friendly as I feel a person dealing with the public could be. office = receptionists at the computers

Paige was great! I appreciate that everyone allowed me to stay with Gauge in a room until Paige was ready for him. Made Gauge’s anxiety so much better (and mine too!)

Ollie is never resistant or fearful of coming to visit . I can only attribute that to positive staff interaction and kindness shown. He is a goofy but very loved part of our family, and we so appreciate the care he is given.

Loved everything about the office, aside from the pup having to leave its owner for an exam. Especially not having met the provider before.

This is our first experience with Frankfort Animal Hospital and we’re extremely satisfied with our experiences. From the moment we entered the building, we were both warmly welcomed. We are very happy with our choice to drive from Zionsville for Blue’s care.
