I put the wrong date of appt. and showed up about a month early lol. My dog had a hot spot and needed to be seen. Dana was gracious enough to treat my dog Anna the same day. Thank you very much!

Doctors and techs are superior. Front desk demeanor could be more friendly. She’ll be nice answering the phone but if you need to discuss an issue that takes longer than her acceptable amount of time, I feel she tunes out and gets annoyed. You can hear it in her voice and sometimes I’m even afraid to call because I don’t want to annoy her. She always makes me feel like I’m bothering her. I dont feel like she listens if I call to leave a message for the doctor and always worry if the message will even get to the doctor. This is the only issue I have with the Hopewell Animal Hospital.

I just wanted to share that I am so grateful to Dr. Williams, Dr. Scheck, vet technicians, and administrative staff for the vital services and care they provide. From the expertise, care, and willingness to assist/provide concrete answers from the doctors; the time every vet technician we’ve come into contact with has taken to really just stop and address every concern and answer every question in such a knowledgeable/professional manner, in addition to their overall welcoming/friendly demeanor to my little one; to the receptionists/admin staff whom have been nothing but empathetic, professional, organized, and friendly. It’s been a pleasure interacting with each staff member at the Hopewell Animal Hospital. I am blown away with the level of consideration, empathy, friendliness, professionalism, and commitment to helping our furry loved ones live a healthy and happy life—especially, in the midst of chaos, uncertainty, and crisis. I truly felt and continue to feel trusting of the hands I place my little one in with you all. Oddly enough for a pupper, he loves visiting! The individualized care is phenomenal and hope to actually switch his primary veterinarian over to you all. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts of the services and care you all have and continue provide!

The doctors and staff must put forth the greatest vibes because the fact that Lexi did not need to be muzzled, or held down by several staff members is amazing. And she let Dr. Scheck thoroughly examine her and she got the best manicure she’s had in a long time. Thank you!
