The visit was amazing. Much time and care was taken to answer all questions and concerns not only about Luna who was there for her first visit, but also to discuss our other dog Oliver who has health issues and will be visiting for the first time soon.

My 2 star for easy to get appointment is only because there was only an emergency visit available. My overall experience exceeded expectations and was a welcome improvement over our former vet office.

This was my first time meeting Dr Scheck and he was wonderful with Belle. He took time with us both during her appointment and on the phone with me when he had results back. I’ve already referred a friend and will continue to do so! Thank you to Kia as well for being patient with Belle!

I forgot the staff names, but every single person involved in Dilly’s visit were amazing! Dilly has a lot of anxiety with new things, and I have never dealt with a vet who sat down with one of my animals for any amount of time before starting the exam! I am convinced that this made the appointment much better for both of us. I will be recommending to everyone!

Hi -The woman at the front desk -blonde with tattoos down her arms was extremely rude to me when I called in about my dog. I had been informed the previous evening that I needed to call in for an emergency appointment at 9am the morning of…I did snd she told me they had no appointments. I simply said that I was informed otherwise the previous evening in an agitated voice as I was anxious about my dog. She then literally screamed at me to hang on and she will have to look into the matter-seriously, screamed. I was taken aback a bit so when I went in and after the appointment and when I was checking out, I brought it up. The woman preceded to let me know that I had screamed at her (which was not true) and therefore, I deserved it. I said very calmly that I guess that we will have to agree to disagree on the incident. This woman is very rude and honestly, I’m hoping I don’t have to ever deal with her again. In fact, I’m nervous to even call in now. Other than this unfortunate incident, I love Hopewell Animal Hospital. Sorry for this incident but as an owner of a business myself, I know I would never want to treat customers in this manner ever. I admit I was a bit distressed; however did not scream in anyway. In my opinion, this woman should NOT be the face of hopewell animal hospital when one calls in..perhaps she was having a bad day but her defensiveness about her actions was a bit scary to me. Very unfortunate circumstance. Thank you for listening. I prefer to remain anonymous as I feel this woman if she knows I mentioned this will know who I am and continue to treat me with disrespect.

I only trust Hopewell Animal Hospital with my fur babies. Dr Buchanan and Dr Shcek treat my animals as if they were their own. ??

I m very happy with the care my receives, but it seems that the expense has increased significantly over the last few years. I fear that I won t be able to afford this level of care for my dog if this trend continues.

The Vet and veterinary tech were extremely kind an patient with my cat - who was on his absolutely worst behavior.

Everyone was extremely friendly. The doctor took his time to explain different things about my new puppy and answered all of my questions. He spent alot of time with me and was so gentle with the puppy. Love the whole group and Doctor Jerry
