This was my first time there and couldn t be happier with the care that was given to my 16 year old cat.

Dr. Williams was amazing in a very thorough (yet timely) examination of my boy - especially considering the fact that he came to her with a LENGTHY list of concerns and ongoing issues. Everybody was incredibly friendly and professional. I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant and streamlined experience I’ve ever had at a veterinary hospital since all team members actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. Vanessa was simply chef’s kiss superb in her communication and care for my dog. I can tell the staff treats pets with kindness here; the welcome goodie bag was a much appreciated bonus, and I feel we are in very good, and capable hands :) Thank you!

I feel I made the right decision to switch Vets. Dr William s seems to understand Teddi s problems more and had more sensible options to try to resolve the issues Teddi has

Since we recently moved into the area, we were very nervous about bringing our cats to a new vet - knowing that we could not go in with them and that the staff would not be familiar with our animals (we had to leave a veterinary practice who we loved and who had been taking care of our animals for almost two decades). The office staff was very friendly and helpful, the technicians were patient with us, listened to our concerns, and were great about answering questions. I was most impressed with the veterinarians thoughtful discussion with me about the pros and cons of medication for my 11 year old cat. I am very glad that a local friend recommended this veterinary practice.

I think the cost should of been explained better.

Thanks for providing the low-contact service. I missed being in for the examination, but the communication was good anyway, and I prefer being as safe as possible from virus exposure.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Scheck and the very kind and friendly staff at Hopewell Animal Hospital. My Dachshund, Mr. Bean, really likes going there because he gets lots of attention and affection. The care I have gotten for my dogs over the years has been excellent- the compassion and dedication from the staff is wonderful. Thank you!

My Bichon is almost 12 and since I got him, at 3 months, he had not been seen by a veterinarian that I felt satisfied with before, except on 2 occasions when I brought him in to two different emergency hospitals. Dr Scheck treated him well and even though HAH is far from my house, I would like to bring him there for wellness visits.

Dr. Scheck was thankfully available for an emergency late Saturday afternoon. Our 14 year old golden retriever was suddenly not able to walk or even stand. Dr. Scheck helped us bring him into the hospital. He was caring and thorough in his examination and explanation of possible causes. With acupuncture treatment (first time for our dog) he was able to walk again safely and he continues to improve! A follow up visit was easy to schedule and Dr. Scheck, the tech, and office staff were great.

Dr. Schenck is the best! The vet tech was very helpful and kind.

My only complaint is that I’ve been a customer for a long time and in an emergency I was asked to pay in advance and it took time that should have went to my pet first. Also although I appreciate the care my pet received, I do feel the prices have gotten quite high.
