I seem to pay a different price to get my dogs nails trimmed every time I visit. In addition, the tech’s that my dog was very comfortable with are no longer there. This past time I also noticed that at least one nail was cut so short that it had stuff on it to stop the bleeding and she wasn’t happy as she usually is when given back to me! Sorry, just being truthful. I have been coming here for over twenty years and it’s starting to not feel like it used to. :(

I called in on Thursday at 1:30 and wanted my dog to be seen right away. The receptionist said she will squeeze me in on Friday. Didn’t mention when to call back. Friday I call led at 10:30 , reminded her of the conversation from Thursday and she said she didn’t even speak to me on Thursday and I was supposed to call first thing on Friday and then asked if I can make it at 11:30 .. I expect a nurse to call me for incoming sick calls instead of the receptionist giving me instructions without knowing much about the situation. Back in January, I called for my dog to be weighed in and she told me that requires an appointment and I cannot walk in due to Covid. Little things but bad for the hospital reputation

Since this was my first time bringing my cat to the office and with COVID making procedures for Vet practices different, I am not sure if my wait time was average or not. The process of the visit went smoothly. The following week, we brought are new pup to his first vet appt. and that went very well too.

I was totally impressed with the service and the follow up. I recommended you to my boss, and his wife will be calling you soon.

Our vet tech was absolutely amazing. She is the main reason we continue to bring our dogs to you. I am disappointed in getting charged with testing our puppy’s fecal sample after we had said it was already done and stated that we did not believe it needed to be done and to be spoken to before hand about it. I was a hocked to see the charge for over $50 and then to be told it was negative which I knew it would be. I would appreciate a call on this

everyone s time is valuable. I think it would be a nice gesture to contact a client to give them a heads up if the Doctor is running behind schedule and adjust their appointment time.
