Dr Raciti is superbly knowledgeable and professional. Because of her abilities I have three well cared for dogs. Her office staff and veterinary assistants are personable and well trained.

Your check out is slow. I waited over 15 minutes before the I approached to counter. The girl who sat by the wall at the front desk was very helpful. I think the girl next to her (not the pink hair girl) took my file and placed on her desk and did nothing with it. Unacceptable!!!

This was my first visit with my old rescue dog as I was unhappy with his current vet and this was an emergency appointment. But they got him in right away. Dr Wu listen patiently it s been quite a bit of time gaining his confidence and making us feel comfortable in her assessment and have to first deal with his prosperous in a cool headed reasonable manner unlike Doom and Gloom in order to pick our pocket

I waited one hour plus before being seen. The process of the exam was tediously inefficient. The doctor and staff were compassionate to my dogs. It just ALL TOOK WAY TOO LONG. 2 hours for a basic exam is inefficient and poor Tim’s management
