Mid Island animal hospital and Dr Kornet are very accommodating. I feel very safe bringing my dog Sheyna to your facility. I prefer to go into the exam room, with my dog. Not every veterinarian allows this. Keep up the great work!

this appointment was awful from a waiting room area experience. i was asked to wait there while blood was drawn from my cat. i didn t expect a dog name callie to get away from it s owner, be in my face and scratch me. i spent time after the appt speaking with joanne and dr. woo. not happy and am still treating my three wounds with mupirocin. luckily no blood was drawn, but pet parents need to handle their pets better as we ALL share the sane space and i shouldn t have to wait in my car because others are insensitive. additionally i learned that callie is going to school to be better around people so clearly there was a known issue and te steps should have taken proper steps to maintain a safe environment for all pet parents. i will be speaking with barbara when she returns from vacation about this incident ad it could have been avoided and i am still very, very upset. i have been a long time pet parent at mid island and this visit experience was horrible...dr. woo, ricky and other vet techs did not witness what happened to me. also joanne informed me the video cameras may not have captured the incident as they had been repositioned lately and dr. woo was unaware so i would say better communication is needed in the office setting so problems like that can be fixed quickly. thank you.

The parking is hideous and the waiting room is a bit tight, but neither of those things would send us elsewhere. Dr. Kornett is amazing!

To let the dogs try at least one treat that are for sale to see if they like them thank you.

I have been coming to Mid Island animal hospital for over 30 years. Dr. Kornet is the best. He cares so much. The rest of the staff is also great. I couldn t imagine going to anyone else.

Horrible front desk, too busy arguing with each other while I was waiting to check out. Another occasion I called 4 times for an estimate on a dental cleaning and noone could seem to give me an answer. Most likely so they can up charge you. Then had the nerve to tell me I owe a $250 cancellation fee. This place is a joke, go somewhere else.sad because the drs are good, front staff is unbelievably rude and incompetent.

Mid Island has been our go to Veterinarian office for almost 17 years. Very accommodating and honest doctors. Pets are most peoples family members and we appreciate the care they give to our pet and us.

Thank you for always taking care of my furry family for the last 28 plus years. Thank you for also caring about my human family too.

Understanding that it was very busy at the front desk on Saturday, however, we waited 30 minutes before we were called to check out and still had to wait a minute or so for medication. Maybe you can have dedicated check-in and check-out areas?

I am very picky with my pets and I trust Mid Island very much.
