One hour wait was a bit excessive and the only issue I had

Dr.Crosio as always is just wonderful. She called to let me know that that my Lucy was ready to be picked up after her echo cardiogram. It took an HOUR to get the bill. Apparently the woman at the desk didn t check me in. It was extremely annoying. The nice woman with the long dark hair finally got it for me just before she was leaving for the day.It took her less than 5 minutes. She apologized profoundly.The 5 stars are for Dr. Crosio and the lady who finally found my bill.

I would like to thank the staff and Dr. Kornet for their professionalism and empathy. Whether by telephone or during my visits to the animal hospital, the office staff is attentive and patient, consistently making time during their busy day to answer all my questions and follow up with the doctor, as needed.

Very happy with the teeth cleaning and finding out about how to take better care. Only thing is the amount of hours it took to accomplish. Understand about busy offices with short staff. Perhaps when things get back to normal, it will not take so long.

Offer clients a copy of their paper records before you go digital! Terrible mistake. DR. Wiemen is knowledgeable and spends time to listen about my pet. She s an amazing Vet. Mary her assistant is very sweet and good in handling my dog.

Love Dr. Kornet & the whole staff. They’re very good & gentle with my cats who get very nervous when brought to the Vet.

My first visit I was there a total of 2 hrs. My next appointment was at 10am which zi cancelled and scheduled 3pm. I waited 1hr before I saw Dr. That is my only complaint. I found your staff very helpful.

My kitten is not an easy patient; far from it but Dr. Wu and her assistant handled her with gentleness and confidence. Bravo!
