Your office is a little outdated and sort of smelly but the kindness and friendliness of your staff masks this. The office could use a good cleaning and a refresh.

Having been using Mid Island Animal Hospital for the past 13 years, the service and doctors are always excellent.

Everything was wonderful!

They were busy tonight, a few emergencies. But, Dr Crozio apologized, what to say except that I might be one of those some day. I ve had pets for decades, a few vets along the way. I only wish my doctors could be as caring and proficient as they are.

Just started using Mid-Island and I have to say, I am very pleased with them. The staff is extremely pleasant and I have seen Dr. Claffy twice already for our Bengal. I like the fact that he listens to your concerns and really seems to care about the animal he is treating.

I can never say enough positive things about this animal hospital. To my family of pet lovers, we wouldnt trust anyone else to care for our pets. The Doctors REALLY care for our pets like they are their own. The feeling of trust is so comforting to us when we need them they are always there. Love Doctor Kornett especially but every doctor here is number 1 in our book.

Dr. Kaplan was very nice, took her time with Isabella and very thorough with her examination. We feel very confident in the course of treatment.

Wait time was an hour which is long.

the Doc took his time to explain what could be that it happen to my babies and explained me how the medicine will help him
