I have been going to Mid Island Animal Hospital for more than 45 years and have never had such care care taken with all my animals.Dr. Kornet is a caring and excellently qualified doctor who is very gently with all my cats. All his nurses are also very gentle with my cats. I recommend any owner to bring in their pets knowing they will taken care.

Dr Mitch is dead on with my 6 fur babes. I have3 great Pyrnese with different issues over the years. He is the King Of diagnosing first off. I never question his opinion. Never has he misdiagnosed my babies. FYI THE BEST DOC EVER! Love the MCMURTRYS

Although I am very satisfied with the doctors and the care my cat is getting, I feel the fees are quite steep. My cat being diabetic requires a lot of visits. Besides the visits thee is the huge cost of insulin. Her last visit was for a yearly exam and rabies shot and blood work. The bill was $229.00. I feel there should be some kind of discounts for patients like us.
