More often than previous years, the parking lot is full, the waiting room is crowded, and the wait time is very long. It is increasingly difficult to manage one s pet with too many dogs in a small space.

seems to be some improvement in getting invoices out more quickly after an appointment; front desk staff friendly and professional on most recent visits; continue to be happy with care provided by vets (have seen several over the past couple of months)

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience, however, I do find that the wait times are long, even with an appointment. I typically have to wait 20-30 mins after my scheduled appt. time before I see a technician or a vet.

Find parking to be a difficult task! Always crowded even in the rear parking area sometimes. Are there handicapped spaces somewhere?n. Experience is most definitely a 5.

A little bit of a long wait for the Doctor, but was all great otherwise. Dr Michelle was great with our cat. She was very thorough and handled our cat with great care and caution. You can see she really cares about our pets and loved what she is doing. It is refreshing to see such a professional in today’s hustle bustle world.
