5. Like every pet owner, i love my dog, he’s my family! Everyone at Mid Island Animal Hospital is friendly and generally concerned for my dog! Dr Kornett is kind and capable and i know we are in good hands. I have been coming here for several years, was recommended by friends who have been going to mid island for more than a decade, and i cannot recommend this practice more highly.

I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of everyone on staff at MId-Island, however, this time there were communications issues. After a lengthy phone call scheduling and working out the details of the drop off for our pet s test, I received a phone call asking me if we were going to book. After the test, no one notified me to pick up my pet, as I was told would happen. My husband called only to find out our pet had been ready to go for quite a while.

Dr Kornet and his staff are the best! His assistant calmed my dog who was nervous and shaking. Dr Kornet is openminded and makes decisions with your dog s best interest in mind, not making money. My dog is alive and healthy thanks to Dr. Kornet and his great office.

Dr. Crosio is an amazing vet. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and caring. She is taking wonderful care of our extremely frail 17 year old cat. If it were not for her I do not think our cat would still be with us. We are very grateful to Dr. Crosio.

As always, the best animal hospital ever! Everyone is courteous, helpful, kind, and compassionate. My dog saw Dr. Croscio (sp) today. The Doctor was helpful and kind, and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!

The care is good, Dr. Croscio cares for both my dogs & love her approach. Wish different set up in waiting area. My 2 dogs are not always great with others & anxious pups. I feel the space is tough to navigate when numerous dogs waiting for our appt.

First, the staff is always so accommodating and polite. Everyone on staff is very caring. I’ve used all the veterinarian and they are all just wonderful. Today, Dr Kornet, not only was so extremely knowledgeable, as always, and compassionate but gave 100% plus of his expertise and kindness. Dr.’Kornet, went above and beyond for me and the care of my Tally. I respect his knowledge and decisions. I am very thankful beyond words, for the way he went out of his way to help my pet. I would never even consider another practice because I’ve been so assured with all the care by everyone over the last 6 years at Mid Island Animal Hospital. Thank you so much.

Would appreciate having a solution for dogs that are not good with other dogs. Separate entrance, or waiting area. Very stressful to take my dog to the vet due to the other dogs that we need to pass since the desk is right by the door.
