My only comment (not complaint really) is that I had to wait 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time for a tech visit. The tech visit was needed because you ran out of lepto shots the day we came in for Max s annual appointment. It would be nice if some considerations could be made for such situations.

You are all doing a fantastic job with challenging circumstances, AND doing it with cheerful voices (I can t see if you re smiling, but I believe you are!), and my family is grateful.

I was very fortunate that because Jake was attending Day Camp, Dr. Morana saw him early that morning without my needing to be there. So while it was super easy to get an appointment, I did not go through the usual protocol. However, the staff at the Inn and Spa who facilitated Jake s appointment and Dr. Morana were, as always, super attentive, helpful and gracious. Thank you, all.

I really appreciated being brought directly in a room with my cats and not having to share the waiting room with dogs. I liked the ease of being checked out as well directly in the exam room.

My technician was amazing with Cleo and Jasper today, forgot her name but loved her!

The groomer Abby was very nice and did a great job. She was very sweet to my elderly dog Sophie and gave her a lot of breaks.

We ve been seeing Dr. Link for many years with out Labs, so we were a bit disappointed we weren t able to see her today. We were looking forward to her meeting Charlie, our new Lab. Dr. Cohen saw Charlie today and she could not have been more pleasant to meet. She was very good with him and really took the time with him that was needed. He loved her. We were very happy as always with the service. The young man greeting us was very pleasant as well.

We recently transitioned from a pet hospital whos service has severely degraded since becoming a corporate entity. Our pet of advancing age was not being looked after to our satisfaction. CAH is stellar at communication with clients and responds to our needs and concerns about our very loved pet. During our very first visit, our anxiety was allayed and we now have a hopeful and well reasoned plan for all future treatments.
