Is there a Pet Portal available to ask general questions. For example, my provider knows that my pet has some anxiety and I wanted to ask a quick question. I don’t know if a “patient portal” is available to review my pets encounter history, med or vaccine history, ask questions etc.

I came in to pick up the medications but had a hard time hearing the lady that was helping me. Another person was talking on the phone so it made it hard to understand what she was saying .

While checking out after my appointment I was called back in to the exam room to talk to the doctor and one of the techs. I was supposed to be leaving to bring my cat to the ER for a blockage. The doctor had advised me bringing him directly there asap was safest and best for my cat, as opposed to having the catheter put in at your office, then driving him to the ER. But when I went back in to talk to them as I was asked, the tech proceeded to ask me if I would consider having the catheter put in at your office first, the exact opposite of what the doctor advised was best. The reason the tech gave was that she works part time there and their staff is very busy, and it would help them. I said I empathize that they are busy, but of course said no, because I want to do what is best for my sick cat. The more I thought about this exchange, the more inappropriate it seemed to me. I should not have been asked to do the opposite of what the doctor said is best or to put the staff of a facility above my cat. That was weird and it leaves a bad taste.

Dr. Morlock is always wonderful. She saw our dog today although originally I was told there were no openings. It was a pretty emergent matter, and she addressed it, and put my mind at ease. We are new to pet ownership and CAH has been wonderful. Dr. Selleck is amazing and I am so happy with the guidance that we have received so far about our current situation. I called the Inn and Spa to make our first boarding reservation and that was such a pleasant experience, too. So lucky live right around the corner.

The visit was very good and Dr Hahne was absolutely wonderful with my dog who can be anxious during vet visits. Dr Hahne promptly followed-up with test results and suggested a very rationale path forward. Absolutely no complaints about my visit with Dr Hahne. I feel fortunate to have her caring for our pets. However, I have called an uncountable number of times and emailed to try and get ahold of the practice to follow the path forward as Dr Hahne suggested. It appears to be impossible to contact the office. As someone with a full time job, it is very difficult to spend this amount of time trying to contact the vets office, not to mention this call is due to abnormal test results…. I finally succeeded in getting through today, but yikes, I’ve never had it take almost 5 days to contact an office….

The best on all fronts! The young man who took Buddy from the car could not have been more gentle. He was also personable and informative. The staff on the phone was also friendly and comfortable to talk to as well as they were not rushing through the conversation. Dr. Leavitt was so thorough with what was going on with Buddy, couldn’t have asked for more. Keep up the great work!

I was able to bring my pet in right away today. The staff was very efficient. I appreciated being able to stay with my pet under the tent while she was being examined. I am very satisfied with the level of care that my pet received today and every time I bring her in.

I book every 6 weeks for Bandit, this time an appointment was not available until 8.28.2021. I called on Thursday and there just happened to be a cancellation. I think for regular customers the appointments should be available. He has been a regular for a while now.

My appointment was at 5:30 - I texted with my spot number at 5:30 and also called. Was on hold for about 10 minutes and hung up. Called back again a few minutes later and was on hold another 15 minutes when someone picked up the phone. I should have walked in sooner since I couldn t get through, there must have been a problem with the phone system. Staff was very apologetic. I am not upset, I should have really walked in to check, I just didn t think I could enter the building. So my only complaint was the phone/text system :-)

I wish there would be more emergency appointmets available; my dog had a bad ear infection and we couldn’t get the appointment until 36 hours later and only because of a cancellation for somebody else
