I had tried the pet portal on Thursday to make an appointment and it seemed to be malfunctioning. I then called the office and left a message for an appointment as directed and never received a call back from anyone. Only when we called again on Saturday did we get to speak with someone about getting our dog seen.

I love waiting in my car to be seen. I’m hoping that this might remain an option going forward. It’s less stressful for my dog and me. It’s also easier to pay without having to juggle my dog, new medications and any belongings that I have with me.

I had a very positive experience, and look forward to coming back in the future for Nemo’s annual visits. The vet tech and vet were both extremely knowledgeable, kind, and gave me a lot of helpful information. I feel very at ease that there is a wonderful group of doctors and staff at the community animal hospital, especially in case anything goes wrong with Nemo’s health, I am confident that he will get the care he needs. As always, everyone is happy, friendly and helpful. Maggie had hives at this tech visit so was quickly seen by a doctor and her chipping was then postponed. I appreciate how everyone works together and communicates so well which then makes for a seamless experience for the pet and the owner!! Well done, yet again!! See you all tomorrow!! Dr. Levitt and Kaylee were so good with my dog. They explained everything to me, were gentle and patient with him, and told me about becoming a fear free practice, since he didn t really want his hind legs or ears touched. They answered all my questions and even suggested a free sample of a medicine my dog could try out for motion sickness, which I didn t know existed. Kaylee called me right away to give the results of the blood test as well. Thank you for taking such good care of Barney!

My dog was in for his annual check up and Dr. Nemeth noticed his left ear was red inside. She asked if we wanted her to test his ear to see if he had an ear infection, which we did. Turns out he had a yeast infection in his ear. Dr. Nemeth put medicine in his ear and he was all set. I am so happy that Dr. Nemeth noticed his red ear, she saved me another vet visit and his ear got treated before it got any worse.

The medication for my cat was outrageously expensive (Clavamox 15ml). You are charging two to three times what it costs online (Chewy, and others). I love the care my cat gets from you, but I m suspicious of being taken advantage of in medication prices. Thanks, Ed Sawyer 508-421-9598

There was some confusion on the type of grooming required for my dog Luckee I was interested in a sedated grooming which he received the past 2 times. This was not the case last week. He was given a normal grooming (medicated) but could not complete the grooming due to his anxiety which is why I wanted him to have a sedated grooming. Not sure where the disconnect happened but Iwas unhappy with the grooming result. We always receive amazing care and service there but just wanted to let you know for future reference. I was not made aware of the process that has been put in place during Covid restrictions. I arrived expecting things to be as they had been years ago. I stumbled through the process, asking questions as each step unfolded. While everyone was super nice and helpful, when I arrived home I realized that there were things that I wanted to have done (nail clipping, checking for the microchip placement) that I never addressed. I was not prepared properly to make the adjustments necessary. I would ask that you tell consumers ahead of time, when they make the appointment, of the process so that they can prepare properly. Otherwise it was a great visit overall.

Surprised and somewhat disappointed curbside is being utilized as MA restrictions are at their most lax in over a year. Employee did not have mask over their nose anyway. Why is there no option to enter with pet? Could have a mask policy or proof of Covid vax. Would like to be with my pet as he is anxious during these visits but could not put it off any longer. Hope to see CAH loosen restrictions before our next visit.

Valerie was the groomer and she did a great job. I could not have been happier. I find the practice way too busy. when I dropped my dog Charlie off there must have been fifteen cars waiting to come in. However, because I like Valerie as groomer I will continue to take him to her.

It was $400 for the vet visit which I thought was very high. The dr asked to test the fecal sample but didn’t go over the cost first. Next time a better breakdown of costs in advance would be appreciated. Other than that everything was great.

On this occasion, as well as a couple other times I have called from the parking lot, I have gotten a busy signal. I had to redial up to 10 times to just get on hold. I believe the telephone line shortage is just due to Covid and I will need to pack my patience for a few more days. I see the office will open up shortly. Overall I am very pleased with Dr. Selleck.
