Too much time trying to sell us on services we were not interested in..noteven a hello to our pet when the doctor came in..straight to laptop and stated selling!! The receptionist at checkout was downright rude! I had put a deposit on this appointment and was confused when she asked if I wanted to save it..a deposit on an appointment is just that is it not..got huffy when I seemed confused...now that I have experienced your care..I will be cancelling my upcoming appointment for my cat and go elsewhere with her to be spayed. I want to feel like the doctor actually cares about my pet not just making money for your clinic..I thought car salespeople were bad...just saying!

Very happy with the recommended approach to figure out what the problem is over the course of the next few weeks and not just running a gamet of expensive tests all at once.

I started coming to your practice during covid and the experience has been fantastic. Even with all the challenges that came with the pandemic. I cannot thank you enough for fantastic service I have received over the past year, and I look forward to many more years!

When I texted that I had arrived, the system didn t enter me. Not a big deal, just may want to check that.

We have been displeased with the lack of up front communication about how much different tests, medications, procedures will cost. We only ever find out how much it will be when we go to check out. Honestly, it makes me less likely to trust that they have Marshall’s best interests at heart and instead are trying to upsell us on things.

Another stellar experience with CAH

Outstanding staff, supportive and helpful

I loved paying for services in the exam room and exiting through the side door. In the past, it has been difficult to pay my bill in the waiting area because my dog was always over excited and pulling on the leash, trying to visit with other dogs. Paying in the exam room was much easier and less stressful.

It was a long wait to be seen, but I m really happy with the care we receive. That doesn t deter me from returning or recommending you.

I don t know why you are still insisting we wait in our cars. If you haven t heard... the State is no longer in a State of Emergency. People go to Fenway Park, and other venues sitting next to each other without masks on. So, I have to sit in my car, wait for someone to come out and then come inside with a mask. I understand this is for your safety, but it is inconvenient and a total waste of time given the current state of things. I hope you change these policies soon as I love your vets, but this is irritating to me. My time is very valuable to me as I am sure it is to others.

We love our vet Dr Levitt and all the staff at CAH. Everyone is friendly. We feel our dogs get excellent care here. We will miss , John, one of your associates when he goes off to college.

I think it’s important that the actual groomer collects the dog for specific requests/recommendations regarding grooming. And for the groomer to report how the dog did. We have specific recommendations and they were not followed through with. In fact, the complete opposite. We also have no idea how she did. We won’t be returning.

Your doctors and the rest of the team are really terrific. Dr Morlock and Dr. Cohen take great care of my cats. They are so knowledgeable and are always very helpful, warm, and kind.

The staff members and Vets are very friendly and caring. Riley has been going there for 12+ years and I have been extremely satisfied with the care she has received.

Dr. Morlock is the best! We always feel secure and comfortable with her care and diagnosis of our dog.
