Calling to announce your arrival was hard as the number was busy for the first 10 minutes and when I did get through somehow I was disconnected before getting anywhere. It was a busy day, but I d guess most days are. Fortunately, there was someone circulating in the parking lot who came to my window to check us in. Ours was a basic physical with vax - but in a more emergent situation this would have been upsetting.

Dr. Link and the techs were beyond patient. They are so caring and, in an effort to keep us from having to reschedule, came up with a creative solution to sedate Grover and took the time needed to care for him.

I was pleased to see that our bill was lower than quoted the day of surgery. I asked why we would be charged for the Ovh-Canine Mature Add l and was told because our dog had gone through one heat cycle so she was considered mature . It was upon the advice of our vet that we postponed her Ovh until after she had at least one season, so that seemed strange. Grateful to see that the fee for our dog s procedure ended up being what we expected if there were no complications. The final invoice aligned with our June Spay estimate. Just thought you might like the feedback. No harm no foul in the end. We are very pleased with the service and care provided to our dog.

Deb Link is so compassionate and the tech I had was also. The you demand who had me come into the hospital was very pleasant.

Bella s initial visit and spay surgery was during covid restriction so it was so nice to officially introduce Bella to Dr. Link. Dr. Link is by far the most thoughtful and compassionate vet on the planet and it was really special to watch Bella begin their relationship. Wayne and I trust and adore Dr. Link and witnessed the beginning of Bella s new relationship with her. Dr. Link always spends time explaining everything. We so appreciate her! Thanks for being there for Bella and her parents!

I took my 8 month old german shepard there for his 1st wellness exam. They made him feel very comfortable. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone. We are very pleased with them. Thank you. Lynn Boulette

There is no vet better than Dr Morana. I now live on the Cape and travel to Shrewsbury for Vet care.

Very caring vets and staff

Outstanding as usual.

The only thing that was not great was the amount of time my cat was out of her carrier. I had to hold her while the vet and tech went in and out a few times.

Seemed as though people arrived after me we re seen before my dogs scheduled appt. Had to text twice b/c phone line rang busy. Overall I m satisfied this was the first time it seemed a bit dis organized. Waited over 30 mins to be seen.
