The staff is so friendly, efficient and thorough. Explanations are concise and understandable with no pressure applied. Each staff person exhibits a genuinely caring demeanor with great patience and attention to detail. My dog’s tail starts to wag as soon as she sees the building.

Getting the appointment was a nightmare. I thought my dog was dying and was told I couldn’t bring her in that night or the next day. It was only when I called the second time and spoke to someone else that I got an appointment for the next day. I have been bringing my dog there for over 13 years and buy all my dog’s prescription food there. Portia has been sickly most of her life and I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Community Animal Hospital but last night no one could bother to take 10 minutes to see her and help her. Portia has neurological issues and can barely walk. She desperately needed antibiotics for what is probably a very bad urinary tract infection. As a last resort I asked for a prescription of antibiotics and was told that was not possible unless she was examined…but I couldn’t get an appointment! Needless to say, if it wasn’t for Dr. Link who has always taken such good care of Portia, I would never go back to Community Animal Hospital again.

Staff is extremely nice! We have been at community for a few years now. Normally we would see whoever was available. We have always had a good experience. This time our pup had her yearly physical with Dr. Link. This visit was the best we have ever had. Dr. Link is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. She takes the time to listen and has answers. We are SOOO happy with her and plan on sticking with her!

Demand is increasing for your service, as evidenced by your pre-book times. You are minimally 4-weeks out on the schedule. If you can increase capacity with more veterinarians, you can grow. This was my first time at community animal hospital and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The staff was so caring with my dog and knowledgeable about her anxiety issues.
