We had Dr Selleck for the first time and she was wonderful! Very patient and sweet and u derstanding with our dog. She was very thorough would highly recommend her !!! The girl that took us in was great also!! The girl that cut his nails was very patient and tender

Your online portal lacks up to date information regarding visits, like a copy of the bill, copy of written prescriptions, overview or your findings during the appointment, details of information - test results from the visit, through report on the senior blood panel I paid for etc. Your online portal should have all the info a regular human doctor / patient portal includes. I m not seeing a visit history/ report or anything helpful for pet owners on your current portal.

Both the Tech and Doctor were amazing! Very friendly to me and my pet. They took great care during the visit. Provided explanation of what they were doing and answered all my questions. I have been impressed with all the staff and have recommended Community Animal Hospital to several friends.

Good Morning, My pup, Maisy has a situation that requires some prevention. I forgot to schedule a maintenance visit for her resulting in the need to be seen on the same day as my call. Janice was so very kind on the phone, spoke to the staff and scheduled a squeeze in visit on that day. I was in my yard and did not hear the alarm on my phone and missed the appointment. When I called back, Janice had the greatest amount of patience for my blunder and treated me with kindness and respect. She asked the staff if I could be re-squeeze in and (understandably) when that couldn t happen she suggested I phone on Saturday to see if I could be squeezed in again. The Saturday staff was able to take care of Maisy with a squeeze in at the end of the day. They also helped me schedule the next prevention appointment. In spite of how very busy you are every minute of every day, everyone at CAH demonstrates the highest level of competence, respect, and kindness for the pets and families.

IT has been a very difficult year for me with the two losses of Lilly and Molly, and there is never a good time to have to make an serious decisions about our adopted family members. So, I want to thank Debbie (vet) and the other sweet vet, whom was there. I work for a Hospital and with covid I understand the stress you all are in, and it has not been easy on all of you! As a professional healthcare worker, thanks for taking care of Sparkle as she means the world to me. Remember to take good care of yourselves, as I know first hand how stressful both our professions are, and are equally important. I appreciate all you do for me and my Sparkle! My only “complaint” if I had to state one, would be to ask if you all are running behind, that you announce this when we call upon arrival, I arrived 10minutes before my appointment, called-and was told someone would get right back to me. I proceeded to wait a full 1/2hour before anyone called me to proceed inside. This can be a very long time for any pet/owner, especially ones in carriers.

I ve been taking my animals to CAH for years, and they re always kind and accommodating. They provide wonderful service and make sure my dogs are comfortable with the situation despite the stresses of them being at the vet!
