Only issue was that I was on hold for close to 20 minutes when I called to say I was in a spot.Also sent a text while I was on hold and didn’t get a text or call back. Dr Link is always wonderful with our dog and I value her as our vet.

I arrived on time and sat in my car for 20 minutes before being serviced. There was no one else in the parking lot, so it wasn’t because they were running behind. Very frustrating!

We were welcomed very friendly. Dr. Morlock answered all my questions about Luna’s international travel. Thank you very much for all your time!

Saw Dr. Hahne for the first time today with my elderly cat. She was very good with him and answered any questions or concerns I had about his health. Very happy with the care he received.

Not always easy to get through to you by phone. Texting from the parking lot worked well.

Though my initial appointment was scheduled for several weeks after I called, I was fortunate to get a tech appointment much sooner due to a cancellation. I very much appreciated the extra effort to get this updated tech visit. I also appreciate that the tech (Kristen) came armed with treats for my dog, along with the shot, which she administered quickly and efficiently. Thanks so much for all the kindness and extra effort!

Curbside process works very well. Staff is great on the phone and in the parking lot since I m not coming inside. This was a quick appointment (vaccine only) but all went well.

I just wanted to explain my 3 star review on question 1. My original attempt to have my distressed pet seen was disheartening. I was told full booking Friday through Monday but cancellations do tend to happen everyday. I’m grateful you put me on a cancellation list and that same day my pet was seen. I have only received the best care for my pets at Community. I’m just glad that cancellation happened I was starting to call around to other places to be seen.

Thank you for your attention and care to our high needs dog. Everything from booking the appointment to drop off and pick up was easy and efficient. The staff is awesome!

I really appreciate Dr. Morlock checking out Rocky after his fainting spell at the groomer. And I am very appreciative of the grooming staff’s quick response when Rocky fainted. The end result was perfect! He is fine and looks adorable!

Everything is so expensive. $400+ Vet bill is crazy.

Staff & vets are helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable. They consistently ask if I have any questions & answer thoroughly when I do. I was hesitant to bring my pet to a large practice, but I feel very comfortable here.

I have always been pleased with my visits with my dig he is an apprehensive dog that needs to be medicated before his appt but everyone is so understanding of his situation and I am thankful for all you guys do
