I cannot say enough good things about Pewaukee Veterinary Service, Dr. Tom Hirth, and staff. Everyone at PVS has treated my pets as their own. I feel I ve been given honest advice, and the staff always addresses my concerns respectfully. I would not hesitate to recommend PVS!

We have had Pewaukee Vetinary Service for our last 3 dogs. The professional and technical staff are awesome. We trust them completely. We have rescue dogs with different issues. Dr. Tom Hirth has been compassionate and is a great clinician.

1 - I was referred to Pewaukee Vet Service through a friend. When making my appointment I asked if you have a referral program. I was told no. 2 - I purchased a 12 month supply of Simparica. I was hesitant about this purchase based on the high price. The vet tech I worked with informed me I d receive a $110 rebate, which persuaded me into purchasing. To me, it meant I d receive a $110 rebate in the form of a check, as she made it seem like my bill would essentially be $110 lower. After going through the rewards process, I see that the $110 rebate can only be used for future purchases at the vet clinic. This is completely misleading. Please have your staff be transparent that the rebate can only be used towards future purchases at the vet.

Dr. Hillary was kind, and thorough with her examination of our dog. She talked through the process and made us feel comfortable. Thank you Dr. Hillary!

First visit w Dr Lisa after 12 years w Dr Morgan. Dr Lisa was very good. Excellent Followup from her.

So glad that Dr Flowers recommended a gentle lead for Tucker! It makes walks so much more fun. Also I m glad they clued me into the rebate for the medication he and Bella need.

It is always a joy to visit the clinic with smiling happy faces and true caring people who really care about your pets. Jamie is exceptional and of course Dr Tom is the best!

I m sure there is a reason for it, but I don t feel totally comfortable with my puppy being taken behind closed doors to be examined. I can t see what is happening for him and I have no visual confirmation of what vaccines he did or did not receive. I d much prefer to have my pet examined/administered to in front of me. I totally understand that some dogs do better to not have their humans in the room with them, but our puppy was 7 weeks old for this appointment and had no awareness/behavior struggles with me there so I would have just much preferred to be a part of his appointment.

My dog loves her grooming. I tell her it s SPA DAY and she goes nuts. Brooke is wonderful with her. Your staff are great.

Once again, we had a great experience with the veterinary services. Dr. Nick always gives plenty of time to answer questions, and is very thorough. I also appreciated the texts before and after the procedure, and the follow-up call the next day. Thanks for taking good care of Nova!

Jazz has been going to PV for 18+ years. If it wasn t for Dr. Nick and the staff that take great care of Jazz, we would have found another vet a long time ago.

Dr Baker did a very thorough review of my dog Rebel. Did miss Dr Jeff. He has been my vet for over 30 yrs. Confident in Dr Baker!

Everyone was very nice!

Everything was great. However, when an appointment is made ahead of time and you (and your dog) are waiting 15 minutes before being allowed into the building, it’s a bit frustrating. I had already gotten my antsy dog out of the car, as I called to notify the front desk we arrived (on time) for our appointment. We were told our room wasn’t ready and they would call back. It was 15 minutes before we got a call. Completely understand taking precautions and making sure rooms are cleaned, but having the option to wait in AC inside or being more timely with appointments would be appreciated.

It s a pleasure to come to your practice, boarding And grooming area. People are friendly and helpful!
