Love your vet clinic! I have been coming here for five years and have also referred four friends who also have brought in two of their friends. Dr.Nick is our main guy. I have seen Dr. Kelly numerous times as well. They are always both super friendly and patient with me, the dog mom asking questions. Dr.Nicks comment under his “memorable memory” is about my Maddie. I was so happy that finally a vet had found Maddie much-needed relief over a decade of sneezing. ?? I also love That through three different procedures now I know that the dogs are kept under anesthesia the shortest time possible. I believe Maddie’s last teeth cleaning she was only under about nine minutes and two separate neuter surgeries under 20 minutes max. That is quite a relief to me.

We have been taking our pets to PVS for over 15 years. Always treated like family. Always pleased with the care given to our dog & cat.

Our dog began hydrotherapy. We were highly impressed with the therapist. She was professional, knowledgeable and personable. She made sure everything was just right for our dog’s first session. We are looking forward to a continuing relationship with Pewaukee Vet. Thank you!!

I would like to get an after appointment from the Vet with written instructions for my pup. I was not able to go into the building and when the Vet called me, I didn t have anything to write down the instructions. Yes, they were on the meds, but I also was being handed my dog at the same time... so I really didn t grasp the full explanation. It would have been one step farther than the excellent care my pup already receives.

I was a little annoyed that the tech recorded my cat s weight incorrectly when it is a crucial part of his current care. She also asked me a lot of questions before I saw the doctor that seemed unnecessary -- I ve been a client for so many decades...all the answers should have been in the system. Otherwise -- the Doc was awesome as usual....and everything else was great.

Dr. Lisa and her techs always provide loving care and concern for my French Bulldog, Hannah. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the professional service my dear pet receives. Thanks to all.

I would really like to go onto the exam room with my dog.

This is our second dog that we ve brought to the Pewaukee Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Tom Hirth. The clinic is clean and the staff friendly and courteous. We trust Pewaukee Veterinary Clinic and especially Dr. Hirth to care for our dog as much as we do.

My only complaint really is costs are quite high and not transparent prior to the services provided.

While we are heading towards the end of our dog s life, Dr. Hillary was very kind and compassionate during Magic s recent exam. He s still doing ok so we are taking it day by day.

Changed my updated name and address on pet portal, but neither were updated in my receipt. What is the point of changing on portal if it doesn’t carry over?

I think that when your pet is in the back Procedure area without you during a doctor visit that you should be able to watch on the video screen in the office/room your waiting in to observe the handling and procedures on your pet. Transparency could be calming.

Receptionist was extremely helpful when I requested to change my appointment with short notice. Very patient and professional and I really appreciated that!

Appointment was good, service was good, but fee seems a bit high compared with other providers in the area.

What a wonderful staff and place to take my cat. She absolutely loved Dr. Hilary & her tech. I saw immediate results with her ear drops and the antibiotic injection she was given! Thank you to all of your staff for making our visit so pleasant :)
