Made appt to have our dog s anal glands expressed. This has been an issue in the past for her so we were pretty sure this was the issue based on similar presentation. When making the appt, I was told the visit would be $35 for the procedure if that was all that was needed. The appt went smoothly and she had the glands taken care of. Unfortunately, I was surprised to see that I was also billed for an office visit even though though nothing else was addressed. Good care was provided but I walked away feeling a bit deceived.

I m always pleased with the professionalism of the doctors and staff at PVS! Everyone is so caring and empathetic and truly seems to love his/her job and the pets entrusted to them. I feel my Kayleigh and Shandy will be safe and in good hands always. It s a win/win for my pets and for me (smiley face). PS Dr. Carolynn is a sweetheart!

Dr Kelly does such a great job communicating! She shares information about what she is seeing in the pups and her suggestions for going forward. Very helpful. Prompt follow up with test results and confirmation of discussions during office visit.

Based on all the questions the doctor didn t seem to have read the records we had sent from our previous vet.

Brooke was very patient with my dog Daisy, even though Daisy was being a stinker! Daisy had some mats since it had been awhile since she had been groomed. Brooke took the time to make sure Daisy wasn t in pain, made her look cute, and spent lots of time explaining everything to me. Thank you so much!

Dr. Baker is the only vet I ll take my dogs to. He s honestly such an asset to Pewaukee vet, although the entire staff is wonderful.
