Everything was great for my first trip here. The only criticism I have is that I was told it would be a curb side pick up due to COVID which is fine. However, when I arrived and called several times, I couldn t get through so I had to walk in to learn that it was now in-person. This is fine and actually preferable but I wasn t told beforehand and didn t have a mask to take the proper precautions that I would have if I would have known...

As always excellent, patient, conscientious service from doctor, tech and front desk staff. Dr. Kelly has established herself as someone I completely trust for the care of our Caramel. Everyone is courteous, efficient and professional.

I have only been coming to this facility for a year since we moved up here, and since one of my girl s always has health problems, I just wish your place was not so expensive, back in Ill I paid half of what I pay up here.

Sometimes I have trouble understanding the staff because they speak to fast and to softly. The staff are always so friendly.

Was thinking about this today. When I talked to Dr. Nick he said the bloodwork was good to use for lena s gi scope since I had just done full bloodwork 2 weeks ago at my clinic. Well it was re-ran because of a liver elevation. Wish they would have told me cuz I could have gotten it recheck at my clinic for $35-40 vs $125. Otherwise everything was great, thanks Dr. Nicki and Kaitlyn.
