Entirely professional staff continues to provide skilled and compassionate care for my dogs.

The tech took Murphy, my dog, to the back where the vet looked at him. I would have liked the vet to let me know or ask before he went ahead and did some tests that were an additional cost. $200. And I could have told the tech to pass along to vet want to talk before he did these things. And I did not speak up when vet did come and talk with me but it was after he proceeded. I’m not sure I would have agreed if I had a choice. . We have been bringing Murphy to pewaukee vet since he was a puppy and have been happy with the care. This isn’t the first time this has happened though. I haven’t said anything before because I think my dog is well taken care of. On my part I need to be more clear too. Thanks for listening.

I am so grateful to the entire staff at Pewaukee vet. I usually work with Dr. Nick and he is so kind and thoughtful. He understands the needs of my dog s specific health needs and really works with me on a plan for her care. I feel like he works as a team. It s. obvious he keeps up to date and he has a great pet-side manner. Great combination of kindness and intellect. The entire staff if friendly and professional.
