It s a shame that the front desk staff all seems to be new. The young woman who checked me in was annoyed that she was missing her scheduled break in order to take care of me. She didn t interact with me as a customer, but kind of acted like I couldn t hear her. It took her a while to understand that I only needed to present one fecal sample for two cats who share a litter box and she couldn t find the note on my account that authorizes front desk staff to use Dr. Jeff s signature stamp on my insurance forms. Another person tried to help her and couldn t find the note either. As soon as I got into the room, Dr. Jeff s tech verified the note was plainly visible on my account. I love Drs. Jeff and Randy and will never switch, but I m used to a much higher level of service from the clinic staff.

On this visit I was treated like I was the only person important. It was amazing. With many other clients all around they hurried to make a room available for my sickly kitty. Then I was even given the instruction to push the button when my husband arrived so that we would both be present for the appt. when the nurse came to do the initial she was super sweet and so gentle and caring. Then the doctor came who I have never had before. Usually I am told how bad it is that I don t give insulin to my diabetic cat. I was actually praised for finding food that brought the blood sugar down so well for so long. We were so kindly told of what was happening to our very beloved kitty and so gently told how the putting down procedure is so easy on the kitty. Then instead of saying ok time to pay they would not take our credit card and said they would send the bill. As we cried they were so understanding of our heartbreak. And moved so slowly instead of ok let s do this so we can go to the next patient. As we are in our 3rd day of mourning it is so helped by how we were treated by dr Nick and his nurse. If we can manage to be able open our hearts again we will be asking to have dr nick as our pet s physician. Thank you so much.
