Always get great care. Staff and vets obviously love their patients.

We d love to return. And our experience was positive. With that said, $75 to walk into an exam room is a lot. We understand the cost of everything else and why the fees for the things our pet needed are what they are. And we value the vet s time and expertise. However, as frequently as we go to a vet, it s hard to justify PVS over other places for the price.

Our dog was prescribed some eye drops. I wondered why the Dr. did not put the drops in while we were there to demonstrate it and get him started right away. It wasn t a problem, we figured it out and our dog is fairly cooperative, but it just seemed like in the past, it was done that way and it was appreciated.

Always professional, vets take the time to answer all of my questions and I highly recommend!

I had a concern about a potential reaction to my dog s vaccination, and they addressed it very promptly!

I have been extremely pleased with the care and communication and support in treating Smokie the mysterious non-eating kitten. Dr. Randy Schuette was clear and comforting in his plan of action. I ve have NEVER had a vet from other locations follow up with me after bringing a sick animal in. I really appreciate that the doctor has done this. The staff has been always courteous on the phone and in person, and very helpful to answer any questions. Smokie is still working to get back to her normal eating habits, but after bringing her to you I feel like we will get her back on the right track. Thank you so much.

I just changed to your office and I have to say your staff and both Dr. Tom and Dr. Randy were awesome. They were so kind and down to earth and my dog was so relaxed with them. You made a tough and trying situation for my dog so much better and for that I thank you and will most definitely be recommending your office to everyone I can. The most caring staff and doctors. I feel good about leaving my dog in their care.

My only comment was that I had to wait a very long time – probably 45 minutes. However I also realize that things happen throughout the day that can delay scheduled appointments. And I am very appreciative of all your evening and weekend hours.

The only suggestion I would make is to inform the pet parent of the cost of some of the services or products being recommended or given before they happen. I m always shocked the cost is $200-300 each visit.

My most recent visit with Dr. Nick was great! Dr. Nick reintroduced himself, knew my dog s name, and knew the history of my dog. Dr. Nick was very personable, very professional, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately this was not the experience I had when I had to see a different Doctor because Dr. Nick was not available. As a pet parent I appreciated that Nick was so prepared for the office visit and clearly looked at the previous history records of my dog. I also appreciated that Nick was so professional: great eye contact, firm hand shake, super informative, not demeaning, didn t require running unnecessary tests, and wasn t forceful when talking about different medications and vaccines.

So appreciated the ability to be seen on very short notice at the end of the day.

We have been happy with PVS for over 20 years and 4 pets. We wouldn t go anywhere else.

I had been to your clinic once before years ago and was very unimpressed. Thought I would give you one more try. Dr. Karen was awesome with my dog and answered all my questions.

We ve been coming to Pewaukee Vet for a number of years. Dr Morgan has worked with us with two of our dogs for rehab and general wellness. She is awesome, empathetic, kind and knowledgeable. Her care is outstanding. We also work with her assistant Sarah and PT Jill for hydro therapy. Both are amazing, focused on rehab needs. As our Golden Buzz is now approaching age 16 it is because of all their efforts and care. His ability to get up the car ramp after hydro has become more difficult, but the front desk staff and others help me with him and make it possible to come for hydro. They all know him. Now our daughter s dog Lucy is seeing Dr Morgan for rehab and lazer therapy. I strongly Pewaukee Vet and their staff for cares!!!

All of the staff every one are exceptional at there job.I would recommend this Vet clinic to any one who would ask me where I take my pet. Six thumb s and four paws up!
