Dr. Karen is so in tune to what the we, human and canine, need. She takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions we have. Tech was also helpful, calm, friendly and in tune when approaching my dogs. Two weeks prior to this visit, I came in to weigh my dogs as well as have a lab draw done for tick screen. While is was waiting, I was a little frustrated to see two clients with their dogs off leash. One was in the waiting area and the dog was wandering around. I have a dog that is reactive on leash. Nothing happened, but ... I had to inform the desk that the dog was off leash and the comment was that they will have to let the manager know. So no one said anything to that person about putting her dog back on leash. The second person let their dog off leash as soon as he got outside the building. I also pointed that out to the front desk, but understandably, that one is a bit more tricky to deal with due to the client leaving. I just was hoping i would see a bit more quick responsiveness to this issue since it is not one to be taken lightly.

Excellent service and caring and informative staff. My dog only had a GI issue, but I watched how your staff treated and helped a couple with a euthanasia - the most difficult experience a pet owner can go through. They were kind, caring and genuine. Your staff was supportive and even cried with this couple - which showed true love of their profession. Thank you for employing incredible staff.

Very satisfied with the care and attention of the entire staff. Dr Kelly Flowers has developed a wonderful genuine caring bond with our White German Shepherd puppy, Tara, who is now a 9 month old adolescent. She LOVES her Dr! I had to put my elderly cat to sleep on Tuesday. I was overwhelmed by Dr Hirth s sensitivity to me AND to Lulu. He and his assistant (I m sorry; I can t remember her name) made the decision itself and the event so much easier to bear. The special room, the blankets, everything ... I just appreciated it so much. I ve been through this before at a different vet clinic; the difference is night and day.

We have Wubbzy groomed by Kelly. During grooming she noticed what she thought was a scab on his hind end. She took him over to be checked. It turned out to be a gland issue. When Kelley called I told her to go ahead and let your office treat Wubbzy. Dr. Morgan took great care of him and was by professional. I was extremely impressed with Kelly noticing this issue since Wubbzy was not showing any signs. She has gone out of her way to accommodate our family (I am fighting a battle with cancer so she works with use on appt times). She is such a delight and a true embassador for your company. What I don t like about your business is there is always new staff in the reception area. I don t understand why there is such turnover. I would like to see some of the same faces. I come in once a month and never see the same office staff. Disappointing.

We always have a great experience, staff is not rushed and very attentive. My cats had been seen by Dr Greta for years and was a bit concerned when she left, but Dr Karen has been absolutely wonderful

I LOVE Pewaukee Vet and I have been taking my animals there for several years now. The only suggestion is checking in and if it would be at all possible to separate the cats and dogs. Paying in the exam room has been wonderful but last week my cat who was stressed and just had an enema was freaking out in his carrier while I was waiting to get checked out because a client was working with a staff member and ignoring her dog who barked loudly at the dogs trying to come in. Its rare when this bottleneck happens but not fun when it does for anybody. Another staff member saw my stress and tried to get me checked out as quick as she could while the dog was still barking. Two dogs had to wait inside the doors also because of this dog. Just a suggestion if cats and dogs could be kept separate but again it really hasn t been a problem when you can get in a room fast and also get checked out in the exam room. Maybe just entry and check in could be improved ??? Thank you!

I don t know what I would do without Dr Jeff and Katie K. They are wonderful with my dog and make the appt as easy as they can for me as my dog is a very anxious visitor. They do a great job and I trust them and that means alot.

The blood work that we originally came in to have done was never done. Only the cough was addressed and she was whisked away to have x-rays done without discussion. Also, had Dr. Tom read any of the information from the vet clinic I previously went to, he would have seen that I don t vaccinate my dogs. Why was a canine flu vaccine pushed on me?
