The doctor was very thorough when discussing our dog s injury, the front desk staff was very welcoming as we entered and super friendly as we left. I randomly asked if we could also clip my dog s nails and the staff happily obliged, bringing in another team member to assist with his size. Again, everyone was extremely friendly and patience in that situation. The exam room was ready for us and we did not have to wait in the lobby at all, and then was able to check out right in the room and head right on out which alleviated a lot of stress. We are really considering changing vets all together after that experience.

I tried to schedule an urgent care appt. for that evening because my pet was very sick and I was told everything was booked up. I thought that is what urgent care was for, emergencies! I am a long time customer of Pewaukee veterinary service and I was very disappointed!

My experience on my last visit was great. We only came in for a blood test so the wait wasn t long. However when we come for a Dr. visit, being put in a room and waiting has at times taken 20 to 30 minutes. When I show up on time for my appointment I have expectations that I will be seen at the time I ve scheduled. I d rather not be put in a room if its not to be seen within a couple of minutes.

I would like to try a few more holistic methods on my dogs - especially as they age. I am not fond of all of the vaccines and would like to try testing before just vaccinating. Also my dog has pancreatitis - is it possible that her joint meds are causing her condition. She did not have it prior to getting these meds. Just wondering.

Dr. Karen was fantastic! As new puppy parents, we had many questions about house training, biting, and crate training. She gave great advice that has already worked well at home! Our pup Violet loved her and especially the spray cheese (which we have definitely used at home since). We absolutely made the correct choice in a vet in the Pewaukee area.

First time visit, very impressed with the clinic.

Pewaukee Vet Service has been our doctors since our Dachsie was a puppy, and 14 years later they are still caring for her. We wouldn t consider going anywhere else!

We have been clients there for 11 years. Actually, we are seeing the 2nd generation of vets! Very happy with Drs. Jeff, Randy and Nick. Very friendly and efficient front desk group. Always ask for Jerry to do any labs etc for our Kodi.

I will likely not be returning. The rates for services is out of control high. I didn t appreciate the doctor taking both pets out of the room, to give shots/the exam. I also would have liked a price breakdown, prior to all treatments and exams. I feel like the overall goal of the clinic is to make money, and not truly care for pets. Pretty disappointing.

Dr. Flowers is a very caring vet. She really listens to our questions and concerns, and finds solutions. The entire staff is helpful and friendly.

We prefer using your emergency services to WVRC, even though we realize that are not the same

I have been a customer for almost 14 years, and unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. I understand there was an emergency with another dog - I fully understand. However, I was left sitting in an exam room for over 15 mins, with no one coming in to give any updates as to how long I would still have to wait. I had to leave, as my dog was getting very stressed-out. Next time, I would suggest having staff come in and at least check and provide updates. Other, than this, I have no issues, and appreciate what Dr. Jeff, Dr. Randy and Dr. Morgan are doing for my boys . Thank you.

I d like for my doctor to discuss costs with me before taking action. Sometimes at the clinic I feel like th Drs. Just assume I can to do everything they suggest. I love my animals, but I m not made of money, so I need to consider my options and timing etc...

Dr. Karen is wonderful and she genuinely cares for our cats.

Your vets and staff gave Rascal excellent care for 12 years, and took the time to discuss what had to be done as his health deteriorated. We miss him deeply and know that he is in Doggy Heaven . Thanks again...Gary & Annette Schmitt...
