Max came in to be evaluated for a cold. He shakes his head like his ears bother him but no one checked his ears. I believe this was an oversight.

Probably should keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in the rooms, so leaving to wash hands when handling two reptiles isn t necessary, but other than that, the visit was flawless

Doctor gave our Lizard a really good check up,and plus I was so glad to find someone for our Uoromasta to be seen by. Now he is doing better and eating more.

I was more than happy with my visit! Dr. Eddy took the time to listen to me and make sure I understood what my fur baby needed. I always feel better after having her checked out by Dr. Eddy and her staff.

Same great care I always get when I come in there. I have no complaints.

My dog really is my best friend. Thank you for helping me take care of him as well as possible during his senior years.

It is difficult enough to bring animals into the vets office, especially when you two or more. If you have an animal that is acting up, a little help and compassion from the staff would be appreciated. This is geared more to the front desk staff. The low score reflects those in the front.

Everyone was great! We keep as my regular vet.

Sue was wonderful with Bella, despite her trying to hide under the chair. :) Dr. Eddy is always great, we wouldn t go anywhere else!

Everyone and Everything was perfect

We are new to the area of lake dallas and just adopted Pocket from the shelter. The clinic was wonderful. They gifted us a month of heart worm and a month of flea tick protection ... And Pocket was very relaxed while there. This is definitely Pockets primary care physician from this day forward.
