The vets and staff are always very helpful, professional and eager to help. We take all of our fur babies here for their vet needs.

Dr. Kerse and each of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I am deeply grateful for their professional and compassionate care given to my 18 year old cat, Katie. I am also appreciative of Dr. Kerse’s kind guidance to me in caring for her needs.

I recommend a copy of the prescribing information sheet about the medicine be offered with the prescription. I had to look up the allergic reaction signs and other information on my own. I think if the medication is prescription only, that information should be offered. Those who don t care can decline it, but those of us who do want to know what we are giving our pets will know with payment and not afterwards. It would be more ethical that way.

I was a new walk in and all of the staff were very helpful and got me in to see the Vet that morning and ran all the tests that i asked for in a timely manner and Dr.Eddy spent the time with me to answer all my questions and explain the things that i needed to watch for. Very happy with the clinic.

I was more than pleased with the attention and service my pet was shown through the whole visit. everything was explained as the visit proceeded. i will be a loyal visitor with my SweetPea.

The wait time definitely needs some work. My dog chewed her leash and vomited as she was stressed.

We set an early appointment expecting to not have to wait much past our appointment time. Our appointment was at 8:30 but we were not actually seen until around 9am

Both Vets were swamped but they caged my dog and later looked at her so she could be seen. We did not have an appointment but we felt she needed attention before the Labor Day weekend started. I really appreciate their help to see my dog Mercy.
