I felt the young lady that took Charlie out for the urine sample was not friendly or very pleasant. She needs to practice her people skills and I think perhaps her animal skills. Dr. Eddy is the very best and I recommend her to all of our friends. I was disappointed when I was told that we would not see her when we first arrived and let it be known that I wanted to see Dr. Eddy. We were able to see her and I am glad that it worked out. I had to ask for a specimen container when we left to get the urine sample. I was also told that we wold get the results the next day and have not received them yet. I hope we get a call tomorrow.

Wonderful visit as always. Wonderful front office experience, reasonable wait, friendly interaction while we waited. As always Dr Eddy was kind, patient, caring, and extremely thorough. Wouldn’t think of taking our kids anywhere else!

I do not understand question #2 - was the waiting time convenient? Having Dr. Eddy come to my house is convenient. Having to wait ANY time is not convenient, no matter the length. My wait time at this visit was not a problem.
