Well, we just brought our 2 dogs in for the first time, your staff is very nice and the vet is as well. Thanks so much for helping with my family.

The ONLY downside going to your clinic is the wait time. When I visited on 1/15/19, it was 30 minutes inside the small room with a very needy, large dog before we saw anyone. Our entire visit lasted about 1 hr 5 minutes, with me standing because there is only one chair. That is unbearably long. I have had long waits upon every visit except for one in December for no real reason in particular. There is no mention of my wait, no acknowledgement whatsoever, so, I m wondering if anyone is even aware. I feel, as a customer, my time is worth something as well. I love, love, love the staff and both vets. It would make me extremely unhappy to have to switch vets but I do not know how many more of those visits I can take. I hope this is taken with the well-meaning spirit in which it is intended.

My dog was not an existing patient, and even though it was a busy time, they managed to fit her in and take very good care. I will definitely use them as my vet in the future.
