I have been going to chase farm for years. They are always caring and take the time to explain every detail. I have been called after hours when I need them to call me back. My pets are very important members of my family and I wouldn’t trust them to anyone else.

Dr Snow was amazing with my shy Burton!!!! He took him all around the office to distract him and was able to get all his shots in.

I trust and admire Dr. Jean Pitcairn. As long as she continues to practice I would only want her to care for my beloved pets. She was recommended to me by a very dear friend a very long time ago and I ve been fortunate enough to know her for many years. She is innovative, brilliant, and cutting edge in the progression of veterinary medicine. On my last visit she was allowing a student vet to accompany her, I hope that student appreciates what a privilege it is to learn from the very best.

Rocco has been well taken care of each time he has been seen. The staff does a nice job making him feel comfortable and working with him. He can be a nervous handful, but our visits always go smoothly.

Dr. Alexander is a wonderful veterinarian. She is very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Based on a newspaper article, I switched to Chase several years ago. I am so happy that I did. The staff to a person is dedicated, accommodating and most importantly, they genuinely care. Keep up the good work! Ben Nesse

Assistants should review the pet’s chart when preparing the pet for examination by the vet.

The staff at desk have improved in regards to their attentiveness and friendliness. Pleasant visit. Dr. P is awesome

When I go to Chase Farms, I am often delayed seeing my dogs doctor BUT I am always patient because I KNOW my dog will be taken care of, they will take all the time needed to make both of us comfortable and that we understand everything that needs to be discussed. This facility is extremely thorough and kind hearted. I would wait as long as it takes! My dog and I love Chase Farms. Lots of liver treats always makes for a happy dog.

We re seniors and wish it weren t so expensive, but otherwise couldn t be happier with Chase. Every doctor we ve seen over the years has been super.

The wait to checkout can be lengthy. The checkout process itself is fine. It’s getting to that point.
